This is a smart-enabled home. Please do not unplug connected devices or tamper with smart home equipment, WiFi systems, or alarm panels.

The Nest thermostat may be adjusted for comfort. During warmer months, we ask guests not to lower the temperature below 69°F to help maintain HVAC performance. Ceiling fans are available throughout the home for additional comfort.
