Beautiful condo close to the beach! Sunset Beach has been a family favorite for years and we found a new perfect place to stay! Very clean, quiet, close to local restaurants and shopping. Host was amazing with communication and very helpful with tweaking our stay dates. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property that was so close to so many things. Conveniently located on the first floor with ease of loading in and loading out. Really enjoyed Sunset Beach. Host was great to deal with and gave prompt attention to any issues that may have arisen. Highly recommend! Only recommendations: the kitchen could be better appointed for cooking and couches need and upgrade.

Great place

Well located and nicely appointed unit nestled between Calabash and Sunset Beach. There were just two of us but the condo could easily accommodate 4-6 adults comfortably.

Very nice condo In peaceful community

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Easy access to calabash and myrtle beach is just a short drive. Another good thing is the condo is very clean. The pool and the hot tub was very nice. I would recommend staying here and would book again.

Wonderful condo

Have been staying in various condos in Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle over the last 10 years, and this was an A+ experience! Condo was immaculate upon checkin and Mark was a great, communicative host who made sure our family was comfortable.

Unit was clean and totally ready for guests. We never used any of the amenities, but they looked great when we checked out the clubhouse. Getting around Sunset Beach was very easy as the main roads were just outside the complex. Lots of golf in the area and we took advantage of that. If we are ever back, we will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Condo

Great condo! The condo was very spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal. Perfect location; just a short distance to the beach and great restaurants. Mark was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet getaway

First of all, great communication with owners before trip started. Secondly, the unit was very clean, including all the dishes. It was a very quiet area. The pool area was great. For a quiet, relaxing place, you can’t get much better.

Good value!

The Colony II at Oyster Bay is a great location--short drive to beach, restaurants, stores. Very well maintained property overall with nice pools and spa. Owners were responsive and helpful with listing of golf courses, restaurants, etc. Quiet community, plenty of parking, felt safe. Condo was dated but clean and well equipped. I would recommend it to others.

oyster bay

nice ground floor, large condo. lots of space for several people. close to beach and good seafood. pool area was clean and nice also. this is really set up for like 4 golfers, sleeping with my wife in a double bed was a challenge but I knew it going in.

Summer 22

I was very pleased with the property. Everything was as Mark described and he also touched base with us to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and had all we needed for the stay. Plenty of space for us and the comfort of home. We enjoyed the beach and swimming in the pools. The beds slept great and it was nice to be close to everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. I love the sunset beach area and had a great time.

Top Notch

The property was very well kept the pools ( I work for a pool facility ) were clean everything was well kept and managed. The place was immaculate inside the beds were comfortable the view just out into the courtyard was nice and the owner was attentive on point and at no time did I ever feel I'd have a problem getting in touch with him although I never had to. Definitely on the return to list.

Perfect!!

When we arrived, we had no difficulty entering as communication with the owner was excellent…he provided good instructions. The unit was clean, bright and pleaant! Everything we needed was there! This was like a home away from home! The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The pools and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. The outside areas were well kept. This was all around an amazing stay and I will be back!! Thank you to the Fitzpatricks!!!

Amazing property and host

We go to Sunset Beach every year and have for several years as a family. We love the Colony II and always try to find a place here to stay. This condo is definitely one of the best. We love the option of the lock out room because it feels like a little mini suite just for my husband and I and the kids were separated more. There is plenty enough space and beds for several people. We also love this condo being on the first floor… very convenient. I had one issue with the TV and Mark called me immediately to get the issue fixed and made sure everything was the way we needed it. We will definitely stay at Mark and Debi’s place again!

Mark and Deb’s place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, closeness to the beach, and all the local eateries and shops. Mark was great to communicate with and attentive to our needs. One of my favorite things about the place was the little personal touches. When you visit be sure to check out Deb’s personal artwork locate throughout the condo. We look forward to our next stay!
