This spacious 5-bedroom Cape Cod home is perfect for families and groups.



The main floor features a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry space, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds.



The lower level offers 3 additional bedrooms with 1 king bed and 4 twin beds, a full bathroom, small kitchen area, extra laundry space, and a bonus room for relaxing.

Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock for easy access.



Keys on the wall kitchen hook:

The two labeled 'Bedroom 1' doors lead to separate entrances for the bedrooms on the main floor and lower level. You can access the lower level bedroom from outside.

House Rules:



• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
