VISITORS, GATHERINGS, AND QUIET HOURS

We want you to enjoy your stay.

The home is situated a bit more uniquely than a typical neighborhood home, and there is no HOA. Because of this, we’re happy to accommodate reasonable guest needs.

. Small gatherings, birthday celebrations, day visitors, or friends staying for one night may be fine as long as they are communicated in advance
. Outdoor noise must wrap up by 8:45 PM out of respect for the neighbors and county regulations
. Indoor music or activities are usually fine as long as windows and doors stay closed and the noise does not carry outside
. No disruptive parties, unauthorized large events, or illegal activity are allowed

Our neighbors are wonderful people, and we simply ask that guests be respectful of them. As long as everything is communicated clearly in advance and the home is treated with care, we’re happy to do our best to accommodate your plans for no additional fee.

PET NOTE

Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any pets so we can confirm the details before your stay.

We do not charge a nightly pet fee. However, since our cleaners charge an additional amount for pet-related cleaning, there is a flat $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.
