We selected this home based on size, location, kitchen, allowed pets. Our family celebrated Christmas together and were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked as we prepared large meal. There was plenty of space with big comfy couches for everyone to spread out and relax and enjoy each other. We will definitely return.

After my last rental through another rental site, not VRBO, I was a bit nervous about what we were going to get. Rose and Ethan's home is so comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and has a great location. We spent a lot of time enjoying this rental.

The home is located on a cul-de-sac with lots of kids playing in the streets. The Home was clean inside and outside and was furnished with lots of comfortable furniture. The sun room was lovely. There was adequate supplies with all the necessities. Great kitchen . Nice washer and dryer. There was plenty of room for the four of us. We would definitely stay there again. Rose was attentive to all our questions and needs.

We found this home perfect for our family's surprise birthday celebration. We could recommend a solid place(endtable) to sit drinks on when sitting in the family room and clocks in the bedrooms. We really enjoyed the solarium in the evenings.

Lovely Home

A nice space for a larger group, we enjoyed the large livingroom with comfy couches and sitting in the sunroom in the evening playing a board game. Close to many stores for shopping, but in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is stocked with the basic tools and small appliances. I appreciated what I felt was a reasonable cleaning check list, I've been at places that want you to clean the house top to bottom, but this was the basics which a reasonably clean and polite person would do anyway.

This was our second stay at the house. The home is centrally located for us to visit family in Snohomish, Redmond and Bothell. It is close to the freeways, shopping and anything else you may need yet the neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet. The sunroom is a great bonus space.

The property was just as described and clean. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious. We loved sitting in the solarium and talking. The cul-de-sac really puts on a loud display of fireworks (which we didn't mind). It was easy to get to Interstate 5 from the house.

Lovely home and nice quiet neighborhood

This was our yearly sibling vacation and e decided to explore our own state this time, this was the perfect location, we went north to the Ferry to the San Juan Islands and south to Seattle and all of the fun adventures there. The house was great, and yes it does need new pans, but we made it work. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Property

This home is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable and in a safe area close to all the amenities you might want. The hosts were responsive and friendly. If we are back in Everett again, we will definitely use this home agaon.

Small Group only

This is a great property for a small group (3 or less) as seating is very limited (one couch and one chair in living room; 4th person will need to bring in a dining room chair.) The kitchen is spartan; my daughter and I like to cook our own meals and that was impossible here. No mixing bowls or baking sheets, a coffee maker for one only, there is one skillet (Teflon damaged; even bacon stuck) and one saucepan. No salad plates or serving bowls, limited flatware. We had to do all carry out or dining out. The view across the lawn is an elementary school playground, so the noise levels got a bit high at times. The house is roomy, with no clutter, but I'm grateful there wasn't more than 3 of us.

Great house for a family or small group

Great house with lots of space for your family. Multiple rooms for family members to relax in, or all can congregate in the amazing indoor/outdoor patio. Keep in mind that this room can be very cold in the winter, but still is a gem to have. House is very clean.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was beautiful, clean and comfy. Loved the solarium. Beds were comfy. The only issue we had was that the kitchen was slightly under stocked for the full dinner we had planned to cook.

Large, Clean, Suburban Home

The property was clean and spacious. The host was very communicative. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. No complaints from us, we would definitely stay here again when in town.
