Great home very convenient to local activities. Some miscommunication from host as for pet friendly and problems with the WiFi as you have to use the same outlet for the sauna as the router and irrigation system. One of our guests unplugged the router to plug sauna in not knowing what she unplugged and we didn’t have WiFi the rest of our stay. Apparently the host does watch the outside security cameras while guest are there because when the WiFi went down they sent multiple texts requesting us to turn the cameras back on. I’m sure many host have cameras but it is a little creepy. I think this could be solved by having another outlet for the sauna or adding a strip with multiple plugs so this doesn’t happenAll in all very nice house with large yard and good amenities. Parking is somewhat limited for multiple families I would not stay again because the host although the first couple days was very accommodating, but when the internet went down accused us of intentionally unplugging it so they could not spy with the cameras.

1) Didn't communicate with us about having dogs after they had admitted to reading rulebook indicating no pets. We found out by backyard camera movement. Did not clean up all dog messes. 2) Didn't notify us of their intentions of having a full blown wedding rehearsal in our backyard until after they checked in and read our rulebook with no parties indicated. Parking was supposed to be out of neighborhood and guests shuttled in. Was all over neighborhood and on sidewalks as neighborhood complaints rolled in. 3) The day of rehearsal he didnt communicate or get back to me at all. I had communicated about neighborhood complaints with parking and then the modem being unplugged right when the rehearsal started. Communicated the next day stating didn't know why internet was down. Wouldn't plug back in for the remainder of his trip. Tried to communicate through VRBO but he kept communicating personally.

We had an amazing stay at this home! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care the hosts put into the property. The house was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in.Traveling with kids can be challenging, but this home was incredibly family-friendly and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The backyard was absolutely stunning and quickly became our favorite place to relax. It truly felt like our own private oasis and added such a luxurious touch to our stay.Overall, the entire experience felt like staying at a high-end resort while still enjoying all the comforts of home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and family-friendly place to stay!

I love to hike, swim, bike, run, any type of water sports, We started hosting because we have a beautiful home that we wanted to share with others. It is a great size and has a great big fenced backyard for kids to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This home is in a cul-du-sac. Has minimal amounts of traffic. There is a neighborhood park and half basketball court around the corner from this house. This home is located close to everything.

What makes this property unique

This property is on a 1/3 of an acre lot. It has a hot tub, sauna and fire pit. We are also allowing those staying to utilize our paddle boards and kayak upon request. We have outside dining area with BBQ.
