Welcome to your comfortable two-room apartment on the second floor, with 45 m² of living space. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a cosy upholstered seating area and a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a west-facing balcony.

In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable in the upholstered seating area or a cosy armchair and relax while watching the LCD TV or enjoying free Sky TV. The sofa area can be converted into a sleeping area measuring approximately 190 x 130 cm if needed. The dining area, situated in front of a large window, offers enough space for up to 4 people. The kitchenette is fully equipped—including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 200 x 90 cm) for a restful night’s sleep, as well as a flat-screen TV. Thanks to the north-facing window, the room stays pleasantly cool even on warm summer days.

From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view to the west towards the Dünenweg path leading to Redewisch and to the north towards the Baltic Sea. In summer, you can enjoy the lush greenery of the tree canopy in the small coastal forest just offshore, and in winter, the sea glimmers through the bare branches—only about 100 m away.

You can easily reach two lifts via the hallway, which will take you to your parking space in the underground garage. From there, you also have direct access to the heated swimming pool and sauna area in the basement of the neighbouring building—use of the swimming pool is included, while there is a fee for using the sauna. This is a wonderful way to relax after a walk on the beach.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a variety of restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlour and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and SKY TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
