Your vacation home, featuring a southwest-facing balcony, is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The apartment is well laid out with 2 bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 100 m from Haus Seeschwalbe.

The apartment’s balcony is furnished and accessible from the living room. The living and dining area features a sofa set and a dining area. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. In the well-equipped kitchenette, you can use the oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a 4-burner stovetop to prepare your meals.

After a day at the beach, relax in the first bedroom on a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and in the second bedroom on two single beds (90 x 200 cm). You’ll find space for your vacation wardrobe in a closet and a dresser. Curtains on the bedroom windows provide privacy.

The bathroom has a modern glass shower. This vacation rental includes a high chair and a crib, as well as a handcart (subject to availability). The living and dining areas feature hardwood floors, while the bedrooms have laminate flooring. The shower room and kitchen area are tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The sunny apartment building is very centrally located. Several shopping options are in the immediate vicinity. The Seeschwalbe building has an underground parking garage, a bicycle storage room, and an elevator.
