Pool is available April through October depending on weather. If staying during either month, please message us to confirm availability.

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.
Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Must be 25+ to rent. Guest must sign renter agreement
- Security deposit HOLD is required. Hold will take place prior to the stay and auto-release, pending no damages, a few days after you check out.

We loved the place and the location was very convenient! My only minor grudge is the L.E.D. light bulb color in most fixtures is too blue/white, I much prefer a soft white/warm color. However the built-in ceiling lights were excellent. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable, the garage was useful as an extra parking space, and having the Salty Rim bar right on the property was fun!

Great property. Loved that each bedroom had en-suite bathroom, very close to beach and the pool with cabanas was close by, new and clean. The hot tub was awesome and we loved it. Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs in the garage and overall very comfortable. Great stay
