Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place on Main St. This is Unit #1 and Unit #2 of Pa's Place on the Trail with a connecting door. It is perfect for the large family or large group of snowmobile/ATV enthusiasts and for the hunters, in Zone 5 and 10, with 6& 11 nearby. We are 24 mi from the North Entrance of Baxter State Park which houses Mt Katahdin well known for its glorious hiking and is also the northern terminus of the Appalachian Trail.

The space
This rental is 2 units with a connecting door offering 2 small bedrooms in front unit with queen size pullout couch and a single bed pullout. Thru the connecting door to the back unit is 1 large open space with a queen bed, 2 singles, and a foldout single. You will have 2 full bathrooms, one with a tub and two fully stocked kitchens ready for cooking.

Guest access
This single standing structure in Patten houses 2 units with a connecting door between them. There is a front door and a side door for access in and out. Both doors have a lockbox with the key inside. There is also plenty of parking including space for trailers.

Please be sure to never block the trail access on right side of building. It comes through our yard there. Thank you.
