Our newly renovated, historic vacation home/chalet, located in a quiet, secluded setting, measures 109 square meters, features two triple bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 people. The blend of old and new, the scent of solid fir wood, and the rustic granite walls will enchant you. You’ll love the bright, open living area with a loft, a cozy dining room with a Teufel sound system, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. A terrace with a magnificent view of the natural surroundings, a wooden dining set, an outdoor bathtub, a swing seat for two, and a brick barbecue invite you to relax and unwind. Amenities: Floor and wall heating, Wi-Fi, internet radio, TV, fly screens, and humidity-controlled exhaust fans in the bathrooms; two parking spaces directly in front of the house. We’re happy to provide an extra bed, a crib, and a high chair. Upon request, we’ll treat you to a delicious and hearty breakfast in the breakfast room or provide a bread roll service. Breakfast can be booked for 14 EUR per person per day. Party groups are not welcome here. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at s’Haisl. In our annex, there’s a luxury sauna by Klafs, which we’ll set up exclusively for you according to your preferences (temperature, humidity, scent, and lighting) for a small fee. In the main house, we’ll treat you to a delicious breakfast in the breakfast room upon request, or we can order breakfast rolls for you. There you’ll also find a washer and dryer, the Jura fully automatic coffee machine, and our beverage room. From our farm, situated on the sunny edge of the forest, there are many nearby attractions: e.g., the Bavarian Forest Animal Park in Lohberg, the Bavarian Forest National Park, the silver mine, summer toboggan runs, the Maibrunn Tree Top Walk, Bodenmais, the Großer Arber with Lake Arbersee, and the Wildgarten.... the glass-making village of Weinfurtner... and many beautiful hiking trails. A deposit of 50 EUR is due within 7 days of booking. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. or by arrangement; check-out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Visitor’s tax (free for children under 9; 0.75 EUR for ages 10–15; 1.50 EUR per day per person for ages 16 and up). Breakfast is available upon request for an additional charge of 11.50 EUR per day per person (price for children upon request). Pets are not allowed in this vacation home. Party groups are not welcome.
