Why they chose this property

The Sugarhouse is set back from the road, up a driveway and tucked into the hillside just below the Scott Farm apple orchard (home to nearly 130 varieties of heirloom apples and other fine fruits). Now the Sugarhouse offers a unique and very Vermonty experience to stay in a sugarhouse.
The one-story cottage is fully furnished and includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one full bath, and an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. The gas fireplace and radiant floor heating offer a warm and cozy retreat from cold winter temperatures. In the summer, there's air conditioning to keep you cool. Outside you can relax in an Adirondack chair or enjoy a screened-in area with seating for 4. The kitchen has everything you need to cook except the food (but lots of great restaurants and grocery stores are mere minutes away, and we can even connect you with personal chefs!) This property allows up to two dogs.

What makes this property unique
