Gute Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Gepflegte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Hochhäuser sehen sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus. Vorsicht für Hausstauballergiker; Teppichboden in der ganzen Wohnung.
