Situated on the top floor, the apartment faces east and south. Guests share an outdoor area with a whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation zone, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October.



The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Gröden and Villnöss valleys, close to the Dolomites.
