289 Sundial Circle is a single-level waterfront home tucked into Long Island Village, a gated resort community on the water near Port Isabel, Texas. The home sits right at the water's edge, where a large covered deck looks out over the channel. Mornings begin with coffee and a breeze off the water, and evenings settle into sunset views over the canal.



Inside, vaulted ceilings and wide windows keep the home bright and open. The living, kitchen, and dining areas flow together and out to the deck, the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, and two bedrooms give your group room to spread out. It is a relaxed, unfussy place to land after a day on the water or at the beach.



Beyond your door, Long Island Village offers resort amenities for every pace, and when the Gulf calls, the white sand of South Padre Island is a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

Take a dip in the outdoor pool or the indoor lap pool, soak in the indoor hot tubs, or work out in the fitness center. Stay active with tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a mini golf course, then play a round on the 18-hole golf course. The home offers single-level living with no interior stairs and a ramped, step-free entry. Self check-in is available via lockbox for a simple, flexible arrival. Long Island Village is a gated community; you will receive entry details before arrival and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center.



On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles, though space is limited as is typical in Long Island Village, and golf carts are a popular way to get around.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended. Long Island Village sits just across the swing bridge from Port Isabel, with South Padre Island a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and many guests get around the community by golf cart. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport and Valley International Airport in Harlingen are each roughly an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• The boat lift and dock at the home are not available for guest use.
