Recién remodelado y bellamente decorado condominio de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños arriba. Está a unos pasos de las playas de arena del Golfo de México y del acceso a la playa 19 y 20. Encimeras de granito cocina totalmente equipada, pantalla plana T. V. en cada habitación y 55 "en la sala de estar, cable, reproductor de DVD, lavadora / secadora, camas Queen size y sofá cama. We enjoyed this property and stay at South Padre Island. The proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus. The 2 bedroom condo was nice, clean and had all amenities we required. Paul was quick to reply to any concerns.

Soft Sand Cozy Place!

Clean and peaceful home

Stayed for 2 nights and all went well. Home was clean, property owner is very responsive. I didn't like the dried grass decor other than that I like the location and home.

Holiday weekend

Perfect location and accommodations were nicer than I anticipated. Pool was nice also. Host got back to me immediately when I had questions. It was really hot for the first evening as they turn up the AC before check in but it went down by about 11 pm and was not a problem after that. Definitely recommend.

Awesome stay !

My husband and I and our 3 adult children stayed for 3 nights. The condo was newly renovated and the decor was beautiful. It was very clean, beds were comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a fully stocked kitchen. Paul was amazing host, very friendly and responded to my messages right away. Also in a great location, a block away from the beach and close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay. Condo was close to beach and other amenities. Clean and well furnished. Host’s directions were clear and concise and responses were very timely. It would be nice to have access to the washer and dryer. Suggestion: Dry the towels in the dryer. The were very scratchy. Not pleasant to use on face or body. Otherwise we had a great stay

It was for a friend and her family. All went well. Simple misunderstanding (not reading) on myPart led to a pet problem. Not the owner by far. The dogs were removed and the rest went just fine.

No, I did not accuse my guest of being loud I was only notifying my guest that I was notified by the management company that the owner beneath my unit had called and complained about people being outside on the balcony being excessively loud at 3:00 in the morning and that it sounded as if the people were moving furniture at that hour. This is the only thing I relayed to my guest. Again the management company made the claim that was reported to them by the other owner. I notified my guess of the complaint and that Quiet time starts at 11:00 pm. To follow the rules.

Summer Trip

Overall location and cleanliness were great. Short walk down to beach and the Wanna Wanna beach bar. The Bar has Umbrella and Chair rentals for 35.00 per set up. Recommend if you bring your own to bring a beach cart as well. Parking is very limited at the beach access 19. The complex was secure but we had a rowdy group staying the same time below us and they stayed at pool with loud music till 1:30 in the morning each night we were there. Recommend bringing extra towels as the washer and dryer only available for extended stays. Recommend bringing an extra blow up mattress for extra guest as the sofa bed was outdated and not comfortable at all. The owner was very responsive to inquires.

Thank you for your review. As for the rowdy group you should have notified me or called the police department to report them. It’s posted around the pool area that quiet time is from 11pm to 8 am. As for the bath towels apparently there were enough because more than half of the towels were not used, plus we also provide six beach towels. The washer/dryer is provided for seven and more day stays, this information is posted on the website. The sofa sleeper sofa is five years old and it’s as comfortable as any other sleeper sofa.

When I booked this, I saw that a washer/dryer was in the amenities. However, on line 7 in the description, you can only have access to them if it's a long term stay. Unfortunately, I didn't see this in the manager's description and the washer and dryer were locked up. Thinking I had access, like it says in the amenities, I packed light, so I ended up going to a laundromat. I must be spoiled from previous VRBO bookings, there was a half roll of paper towels and coffee filters. I had to buy another roll, and if you want anything other than salt and pepper, there's nothing in the kitchen. We had a tiny bar of soap and a little shampoo. So back to the grocery store. The palmetto bug crawling across the silverware liked to scared me to death, so we washed everything right before using them.

I’m sorry you didn’t notice a clear description of the condo, but we try to be as clear as possible. The condo is also equipped with supplies to get your stay started, two rolls of toilet paper are left in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. The entire complex is sprayed monthly, unfortunately some bugs will make their way in. The kitchen is fully equipped we provide coffee filters and salt and pepper shakers, plus it was never mentioned in the condo description that it’s an all-inclusive condo.

We loved the layout, the small deck in the back - perfect to watch a sunset/sunrise. We absolutely appreciated the beach towels offered to be used. Loved the place!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. My only Crea would be that the host was not very accommodating. I reached out to ask about using the washer and dryer and explain that one of the girls started her cycle and really needed to wash. He did not allow us to use the washer. Also, we are all visually impaired and have some trouble getting into the home. He accidentally left me a voicemail stating that. “ we were making things too difficult.” I did let him know that we received this voicemail and he stated that that wasn’t what he meant but following the experience, we just felt a bit uncomfortable. We reached out about the microwave and let him know that for some reason it wasn’t working and he stated that we were the first to use it, which seemed a little accusatory. Also, checkout time is at 10 AM which is a little early. I messaged him letting him know that we were all waiting on our Ubers as we are all blind and cannot drive. He knocked on the door at 10:05 AM and asked us to leave so we had to wait outside in the rain for our rides.

The guest inquired about using the washer and dryer as soon as they checked in. The use of washer and dryer is noted on the description for long term (30 days or more) and their stay was 3 days. As for the microwave the guess stayed the microwave was not working and I advised her that it was a new microwave and they were the first guess to use it. She later replied that it was working but was on wrong setting. She is correct check out is at 10a.m. And she was notified the day before of check out time. I knocked at 10:20 a.m., and to allow cleaning crew to prepare for incoming guess. They answered door and they advised that they were waiting for Uber and they said they could step out. I told them it was fine and I walked across the street to the store. I never asked them to leave the condo they choose to leave the condo on their own and waited under the covered patio. I would never asked them to leave under the rainy conditions. It’s totally false that I asked them to leave. The guess was upset since the moment she was not able to use the dryer and washer. As for me stated that they were having a difficult time opening the lock box other guess have had the same issue of opening the combination lock box and has nothing to do with their impairment.

The condo was in a very nice and safe area. The added security of a locked tall gate and fencing around property was great. The condo grounds are nicely landscaped. The pool very clean and cold and refreshing during the hot days, but warm during the chilly nights. Hot tub was oh..so..warm and relaxing. The condo itself was decorated with great style and really, really clean. The Queen Beds in each bedroom were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. All of the furnishings were very tasteful. The washer and dryer were a welcome surprise. The condo even had beach towels for your use. The walk to beach is only steps away, with no major streets to cross. Everything you have at home, you have here, all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. All new condition. I can not say enough good things about this rental. Only that a weekend is not enough. We were all sad to be leaving. Paul the host was so helpful and if a question arose, he answered back within a few minutes, even texted us to see if we were happy. I am so spoiled now for anything else. Yes, I will re-book again, and if any of my family are going down this summer I already told them, this is the place to stay. Just be warned, they set the bar high, and you will be spoiled after your stay here. Thank you Paul for being so attentive.

Super Clean & Great Location!

Upon arrival, we immediately liked that the entrance to the condominiums was secured with a passcode. The courtyard was was well kept and the pull was clean and heated. The kids loved having a space to swim away from the beach! The inside of the condo was very clean and nice! We enjoyed having the space for the family to stretch out and relax. The condo being less than 100 yards away from public beach access was an added bonus. Overall, 5 stars.
