Holiday flat Breva is the southern part of a charming Lombard country house with three holiday flats directly on the lake, individually modernised with private charm and ambience. Several outdoor areas as a true holiday paradise: The covered furnished terrace at the entrance to the holiday flat, the richly planted garden with play and sunbathing area with brick-built dining table, barbecue and deckchairs and the large terrace at the front by the water directly on the lake. The large half of the lake terrace with dining table and deckchairs is the highlight. The name Breva is known for the popular south wind on Lake Como - your holiday address is also an oasis for a variety of
water sports - sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, rowing with a kayak, canoe or simply with an air mattress. A staircase with a garden gate leads to the beach. The surroundings: Next to it is the Vento-Tivano holiday flat, above it the Vento-Blu holiday flat. On the mountain side is the lakeside road. In the neighbourhood is the private property of the friendly landlord family with a small family car repair shop and parking spaces.

A garden gate with a few steps next to the large shared lakeside terrace leads to the lakeside path and the shallow pebble beach.

Holiday flat directly on the lake, furnished with Lombard furniture in an old/new mix, bright and friendly, and with tiled floors.

The covered terrace leads into the entrance hallway with double bedroom facing the lake and the bathroom with shower.
A stone staircase leads to the eat-in kitchen with panoramic living area.

A steep wooden staircase leads to the sleeping gallery with two single beds and limited headroom.

Great value for money - friendly landlord family who also use the communal property occasionally with family/friends.
The large property is often used alone - everyone is welcome.
An oasis for water sports enthusiasts with plenty of space and many possibilities.
For those who like to visit the Italian weekly markets, we can recommend the large market in Colico on Saturdays. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from plants to clothing and culinary specialities.
The smaller weekly market in Domaso takes place every first and third Tuesday of the month; it is open from 8 am to 5 pm.
For those who prefer water sports, we recommend one of the many kite and surf schools located directly on the beach of Domaso and Gera Lario.
For experienced kitesurfers, we can recommend the beach at Cremia. The best time to kitesurf is around midday due to the winds.
If, on the other hand, you want to take it easy and sail on a rustic and traditional two-master, we recommend La Vela Rossa. The skippers Sabine and Klaus organise sailing trips for up to eight people. The length of the trip is between 2 and 6 hours. Anyone who wants to can lend a hand and hoist the sails.
A slightly different way to explore and enjoy Lake Como from the water. The two-master is located at the northern end of Domaso, in the marina, Via Antica Regina 32, Pontile 2.
The Navigazione jetty is located at the entrance to Domaso. From here you can take the scheduled boat to Colico or towards Gravedona and Menaggio.

Private parking at the house, access via a large gate from the shore road.
