The condos in Biloxi/Gulfport are all over two decades old. The sale price is low and will not support new construction. The price is much lower than the Florida or Gulf Shores properties as you can’t change the location or muddy water. The condo had a great size and convenient to restaurants. The tv’s were nice. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and was not draining. The whirlpool tub did not work. These were builtin and will be a job to repair or replace. The light/fan switches are old and do not work well. The condo is low over the swimming pool so this could be good or bad depending on your preference. I liked the decor as I am a fan of the old school travertine. I like the complex and would stay there again but you need to realize none of these condos are new construction.
