Perfect location for all things Biloxi. Great restaurants nearby the train station to get to New Orleans nearby. Lovely beach access with a quaint walkable boulevard for your daily 2 miles! Very spacious rooms and good seating space for a girls trip

The condo was nice and clean no complaints with that and location was great! The Master Bedroom stayed a little on the warm side. Also a condo that sleeps 8 people should include two parking spaces in the price instead of an extra fee for that. Also a couple hours early check in fee was disappointing if the condo is ready it should be complimentary.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at the condominium. The entire facility was very clean and user friendly. Our condo itself was very nice and comfortable. It would have been nice if they had a few more towels and extra bedding like sheets and blanket. We ran out of trash bags quickly so that would have been nice to have had more of those provided. We felt very safe while at the building. We also really appreciated the beach chair and toys.

This was an amazing property. However, my only complaint was the parking was TERRIBLE… the spaces were too close together. That was the only downfall.

Joy and Laughter

We celebrated my husband’s 70th Birthday on 12/29 and also brought in the New Year at the Beau Rivage. We were conveniently located to all of our needs. The only issue were the TV’s. Being we were a little more seasoned group, we were not comfortable with the streaming and Roku TV. We found ourselves out more than we wanted to be out to watch all the bowl games. I still rate it as an excellent get away for the occasion.

Very Quick Getaway!

Love this condo! My friends and I loved how spacious it is! It is also so well equipped - better than most we have stayed at! Hand soap and full size dish detergent to name a few, our trip was cut short by Hurricane Francine - but we will definitely be back!!!

Great Views & VERY Spacious

We had a great time staying in this condo. We were surprised upon arrival to see the amount of space this condo provided. We stayed with one other family and there was more than enough space for all during our stay. The layout of the condo is perfect for a very large family or 2-3 smaller families. The view was great, allowing you to be beach front and also see the town from high up. The host was more than helpful with plenty of communication up front prior to our stay and the quickest response time I've ever experienced with VRBO hosts. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of this condo. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at this condo again if we come back to Biloxi.

bachelorette trip ruined

4 of my closest friends, my mom and my aunt. bachelorette getaway on the very secluded, vacant, relaxing beach in Biloxi. We are from Louisiana, we frequent the Biloxi, Ocean Springs area a lot. All adults 25 and up. set up decorations for picture purposes mostly. Gone most of the day for activities. Maximum guest capacity on listing is 8 guests. My sister was able to join us for the last 2 nights. That made 9. We were open with the owner and wanted to know how best to park her car. upon asking what he suggested for parking,

This property was great for a girls trip to the coast! The conco is spacious and overlooks the water! We enjoyed our girls trip weekend, would stay again for a short trip! The water was full of man of wars but the pools were nice to swim in! It’s the time of year for jellyfish!😎

The condo was just as the pictures showed it was very clean and roomy for our families. They were able to get it cleaned and able to check in a little earlier!! We definitely will be visiting again!! Brandon & house cleaning crew were very helpful during our stay!!

Very pleased with the condo…it was very spacious and clean. There were beach chairs, towels, and a wagon to use which was nice! Willy’s Roadside is right across the road for a meal if you don’t feel like driving one evening. Pros: rooms and closets were large, plenty of seating, ease of beach access and pool was fantastic. Cons: sliding door onto balcony is very hard to open and close, A/C works great everywhere except the master bedroom stayed stuffy.

Great Stay

We had a great time on the beach and around town. The location was great with a big beach with plenty of space and restaurants. We made a couple trips to New Orleans and had a ball. The staff was very helpful with tips on where to go for food and to entertain the kids.

Excellent Host!

This was our first family vacation in several years and I couldn't have been more pleased with the responsiveness of the host, Brandon! He was exceptional! I was a little disappointed that a few of the items advertised weren't actually present in the unit (hygiene products, crockpot, sufficient trash bags, etc) and the unit wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but to their credit, housekeeping came back and spiffied up once notified. I'd definitely book this unit again!!
