The second floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Bring along your furry friends and take a walk in Chimborazo park just a few blocks away!

Large and spacious kitchen with all of the cooking essential to cook meals at home! The appliances include Samsung gas stove with 5 burners, Samsung microwave, large LG refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer off the kitchen for use during your stay.

Dining table for 4 is in the main space downstairs.

This home has a Nespresso, drip coffee maker and even an espresso machine for those that know how to use it!

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of location and appearance of the house. Alex was an excellent host. It was a perfect getaway for our family. The area was walkable, with playgrounds near by. The house was more than adequately stocked and very clean. If we decide to visit again, this place would be our first choice.

We loved our stay at Alex’s house. It is tastefully decorated, super well appointed with all creature comforts. The house is light, airy, very clean and fully renovated honoring the old character. So you got the old home charm with all modern amenities. The house sleeps a multitude of peiople comfortably for a larger family or gatgherings. The little back yard was lovely as well to sit and relax and the ocation is ideal. In our case we could walk to our daughter’s house and to many very nice, unique restaurants, bakeries, a pasty shop that could have made the UK proud, a wine market offering free wine tastings and the park was just a cat’s hop for our dog. Yes, the house is dog friendly! The neighborhood is walking conducive, the neighbors were friendly and the historic neighborhood is charming. Plus one could be in CaryTown or the fan in minutes ( there is a wonderful art gallery with world renowned exhibitions) We would stay there again!
