An amazing stay! The property offers a perfect balance of a shaded terrace and a sun-drenched garden, with beautiful views overlooking the pool and padel court. It feels incredibly homely, thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need—plenty of modern, comfortable seating, TVs in every room, and a strong sense of security. The owners have clearly considered every detail, from coffee pods and wine to well-stocked cupboards and fully equipped bathrooms, all wrapped in a warm, stylish design. The padel court was a real highlight—we had a lot of fun, and the apartment even includes rackets and balls. Conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and just a short drive from Sotogrande. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great apartment recently built with the most amazing views. There is a great communal pool on site and nearby an internal air conditioned gym and an external gym. The on site restaurant is great and reasonably priced but closes at 1900hrs. The walk down to the beach is about fifteen or twenty minutes.

We spent 10 nights at El Patio de Doña Julia. The area is a lot quieter than where we stay usually but as we were looking for a peaceful break this apartment ticked all the boxes. The apartment is set in beautiful gardens overlooking the 18th hole. The pool is meters away from the balcony and is a nice size. The views from the apartment balcony are stunning with the sea and mountains in clear view. As for the apartment itself it more than met our expectations. Comfortable beds, full kitchen with nice big fridge freezer. The furniture is of a high quality and has been well maintained. The area itself has everything you need from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. These are all 5 minutes’ drive from the apartment and easily accessible. Casares has one of the best beaches we have visited, and we spent 6 of our 10 days on the beach. We are looking to return to the apartment next year if it is available maybe even before the new year. I arrived in Malaga and was picked up at a coach station in Estapona, by a friend who then drove us to pick the keys for the apartment. I immediately asked my friend who had just picked us up if we could go to a supermarket to purchase the bare essentials. Tea, coffee, and a few croissants 🥐 Little did we know and of course to our surprise, it was all there. On arrival to the apartment, we all stood and smiled. Like children we walked around and then sat comfortably and tuned in to the WiFi and Netflix. We could not have asked for more. The apartment was fully equipped and the display of the towels on the bed were made in line with a 5 star hotel. The apartment was spotless, welcoming and fully equipped. The weather on arrival was like Gail force winds, but we still smiled and immediately started entertaining our friend with a glass of wine as we raised our glasses and made a toast to our safe arrival and to say the least, luxurious surroundings We couldn’t help ourselves with the picture taking and social media posting. The weather, our friends across the road, it was hard to actually leave and go out, and we didn’t feel like it anyway, the weather didn’t permit or entice us to leave and we were quite happy to stay in. We watched movies, and sat and watched the wind blowing, and gazed at the roaring sea. Romance was in the air, after all we came for a Valentines week, and that we had, right down to candles were part of the furnishings . I’ve told my friends who live across the road from the apartment that if available we will definitely love to revisit. I’ve also told my friends in London, that this is the place to be. Absolutely wonderful. I would recommend to all and sundry. In a few words I would say, brilliant Fabulous!!! Excellent!!! And of course, Thank you

Excellent throughout and terrace is superb, great relaxing location and good access to all local restaurants ,bars and amenities

This is really great place for holiday with children. Great location with ideal access to the beach, nice swimming pool and garden. The appartment is lovely and spacious. I would highly recommend this property for family with children.
