As described great location and perfectly decorated. Lower bunk was comfortable and whole apartment was very clean . Nice extra touches were available crate , dog bed and plenty of blankets and throws.

Great Location for Summer Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a number of the events provided by Waterville Valley resort, we were within walking distance of the town square. We also drove to the smartsbrook trailhead and hiked to the water hole. It's a great swimming hole and not a bad hike. The pool at the condo made for a nice dip. The condo was great for myself and my two teens. All we needed.

Tranquility in Waterville Valley

Upon entering the condo, I noticed how welcoming the environment was. It was like a breath of fresh air! The decor was well thought out and I really appreciated the inclusion of local artists. While the platform bed was not something I was used to, I can appreciate the owner's vision. Plenty of towels are available including towels for the onsite pool, which was great, as I had forgotten mine. Having the ability to sit on the deck and just take in nature was just what I needed! All and all, a wonderful time! I'll definitely book this unit again!

Enjoyable few days away

The property was very clean. Kitchen had everything one may need. Comfortable beds. The storm and front doors both need to be replaced. Both do not close correctly. Unit had no hot water in the shower. It got lukewarm. Suggest the owners install air conditioning.

Look, it was fine. Price was fair. The owner group thing is very robotic. It works. Don’t get me wrong. Everything went as scheduled and planned. BUT ZERO personal touch in the reservation process. It’s an average place at a fantastic price in a perfect location for a family of 4 that wants to ski at WVV. I would recommend.I may do it again. However, I “said” to the robot I don’t give reviews BUT it has been peppering me for a review ever since we checked out So, here you have it: The “robot” was quick to allow me to pay more for staying later than my contracted check out time but did not mention me paying less for leaving early. Get it? Leave me alone or give me a personal touch. You would not have “offered” me an “extension for a price” unless it was going to be empty the next day anyway. It is what it is.

The place was clean as was as described, however there are some simple improvements that would make the stay more comfortable. There is no dresser or anywhere to put clothes, there isn’t a chair or anywhere in the bedroom to sit down to put pants on. The bottom bunk is the closest over I’ve ever seen, and was claustrophobic. There are no towel bars or towel hooks in bathroom. There is a tiny little floor mat when you come in which is totally inadequate in the winter. The kitchen has pots and pans but no basics like cooking oil or seasonings, plastic wrap or baggies. Vacasa left a couple of packets of dishwasher detergent and a couple trash bags but that wasn’t nearly enough for our 5 night stay. The table is also loose and wobbly and needs tightened up. If there was a normalbed and some places to put things and better stocked kitchen, I would have rated it higher. Also the neighbors above throw cigarette butts down onto front area.

Rent at your own risk

Be aware that this condo does not actually have all the amenities it lists here. It does not have access to a pool and it does not have access to a gym. We booked this condo for our family, specifically for our 2 young children to use the pool. It's the #1 reason we booked this condo over several others. The address that it lists for the pool is located at the White Mountain Athletic Club. We showed up there and were told that the owner does not have a membership there and so we were not allowed to use the pool or the gym. Our kids were so disappointed, as we had been hyping up the pool as the highlight of the trip. Customer service refused to believe us and has been of no help to explain why the listing contained false information.
