Villa , piscine privĂ©e de 50m ÂČ, vue magnifique sur mer.

Vous arrivez à la villa par une route privée (parfois un peu raide), la construction est moderne avec tout le confort et un ameublement de qualité. Depuis la grande terrasse en marbre de 90m2 (avec ventilateurs trÚs silencieux), vous pouvez apprécier la vue magnifique sur la mer et l'ile voisine de Koh Phangan.
L'eau de la piscine privée (5m x 10m) fusionne avec les eaux turquoise du golf de Siam.
La cuisine est bien équipée , mais vous l'utiliserez rarement car de nombreux petits restaurants thaïlandais, peu couteux, sont à proximité.
Dans les chambres vous pouvez choisir entre l'air doux des ventilateurs obien la climatisation.
Il y a une petite chambre additionnelle pour 2 enfants (jusqu'à 12 ans) dans un lit superposé.
En 3 minutes (en voiture ou en scooter) vous atteignez la plage calme de Bang Por.
Pour votre divertissement il y a un TV avec un écran de 50 pouces pour télévision internationales et TV5 France et aussi une chaine hi-fi. Wifi naturellement compris. Un des plus beaux golf 18 trous de Thailande est trÚs proche.
Nettoyage (compris) 2 x par semaine avec changement linge de lits et des serviettes.

Absolut saubere Villa mit herrlichem Pool mit Meerblick. Es hat alles gepasst - auch der Support vor Ort! Wir mussten ca. 12 fĂŒr Strom aufzahlen, obwohl wir sparsam waren. Ist fĂŒr uns aber in Ordnung. Die Straße zur Villa ist wirklich steil, das Auto sollte schon ein paar PS unter der Haube haben. Der Billiard-Tisch war ein zusĂ€tzliches Goodie, mit dem wir unsere Freude hatten. Es wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig geputzt und alle 4 Tage werden HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche gewechselt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick und separatem Bad&WC sind super. Die Betten sind gut, Pölster etwas hart. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung fĂŒr jene, die einen guten fahrbaren Untersatz haben und keine direkte Strandlage brauchen. Der Strand Maenam ist ĂŒbrigens nur 5 Autominuten weg und echt toll!

Tolle Villa mit grandiosem Blick

Die Ville bietet sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist grandios und man ist im Außenbereich nahezu fĂŒr sich selbst. Der Zustand ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch sehr gut! Leider hatten wir ein Problem mit den Betten weil sie sehr hart waren. Unserer Meinung nach fehlte die eigentliche Matratze auf dem Boxspringkern. Nach RĂŒckfrage wurde uns direkt eine Matratze gebracht. Allerdings war die deutlich kleiner als das eigentliche Bett. In unserem 10 Tage Aufenthalt wurde das aber nicht mehr geĂ€ndert. Das war schade. Zuletzt muss man auf die Lage hinweisen. Der Ausblick wird teuer bezahlt mit der Straße auf den Berg hinauf. Es ist unglaublich steil. Zu Fuß nicht zu bewĂ€ltigen und auch auf dem Roller sehr gefĂ€hrlich. Wir als erfahrene Rollerfahrer hatten keine Probleme, aber das ist nichts fĂŒr AnfĂ€nger. (Auch die Lieferung von Essen wird hierdurch erschwert. Grab hat in 5 von 6 FĂ€llen nicht geklappt.)Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen super schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns beim Host und dem gesamten Team.

Perfekte Oase: Traumhaftes Haus mit herrlichem Pool

Unser Urlaub auf Koh Samui war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber genau das sorgt fĂŒr eine wunderbar ruhige AtmosphĂ€re und einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Der tĂ€gliche Aufstieg zum Haus wurde schnell zu einem kleinen Abenteuer, das den besonderen Charme des Aufenthalts ausgemacht hat.Das Haus selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die kleine Grundausstattung im KĂŒhlschrank zur BegrĂŒĂŸung – ein wunderbarer Start in die Ferien! Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders fĂŒr geĂŒbte Schwimmer, da er ausreichend tief ist, um ungestört Bahnen zu ziehen.Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der eine ruhige Lage mit tollem Meerblick und eine komfortable Ausstattung schĂ€tzt. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

The villa was lovely. The pool amazing. We didn’t need the car, didn’t use it. The people there got everything delivered for a small fee. Groceries, food, messages. The TV did not work. We played billiards at night. No need to leave the villa- ever! Wonderful stay. Romantic!

schöne Villa mit Traum-Ausblick

Gleich vorweg: wir waren schon zum 4. Mal innerhalb von 10 Jahren hier. Wir lieben die Villa, insbesondere den wunderbaren Ausblick und die Ruhe. Man braucht tatsĂ€chlich ein etwas stĂ€rkeres Auto, um die Straße zur Villa zu bewĂ€ltigen, dafĂŒr ist man dann auch mobil In wenigen Minuten ist man in Bang Por mit schönen Strandrestaurants, Supermarkt und Massage. Wir können die Villa fĂŒr all diejenigen, die Erholung suchen, nur empfehlen. Und kommen sicherlich bald wieder.

Fantastic villa with great views

Perfect for a getaway and close to one of the perfect undeveloped beaches on the island. Villa was perfect with a pool and views that are exceptional. Hosts were a huge help in arranging trips, washing, car hire and transfers.

Tolle Villa mit super schönem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönem Aufenthalt.Die Villa ist großzĂŒgig geschnitten und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer fĂŒr 4 Personen. Auto oder Roller sind ein unbedingtes muss ,da die Straßen am Hang sehr steil sind. Die KĂŒche hat alles was man benötigt.Die Badezimmer sind gerĂ€umig.Alle 4 Tage wurden gereinigt und die BettwĂ€sche ,HandtĂŒcher/PooltĂŒcher gewechselt.Die Terrasse und der große Pool haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser und die Umgebung. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen der RealitĂ€t. Jederzeit wĂŒrden wir diese Villa wieder mieten. @ Besitzer: Vielleicht kann man etwas gegen den Geruch in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken unternehmen und das Silikon in den Duschen erneuern? Danke fĂŒr den netten Kontakt und schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen.

Tolle Villa auf Koh samui

Mit stĂ€rkeren Rollern & mit fast jedem Taxi kommt man bis zur Villa, zu Fuß leider sehr schwer erreichbar! Aber alles in allem war es eine super Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick & coolem Ambiente! Wir hatten mit 4 Personen, 4 tolle NĂ€chte dort! Tops: Pool, Billardtisch, Ausblick, mit KĂŒche + KĂŒhl/Gefrierschrank Flops: 1 Dusche ging erst nur kalt, Weg zur Villa ist sehr steil, Essensbestellung und Abholshuttle geht deutlich gĂŒnstiger als durch den dortigen Manager

Incorrect location description

Disappointed with location description. Virtually impossible to walk to the beach because of the gradient of the access. Property description states a 14 min walk which is not correct. Without a car you really cannot access the property. We found communication a little difficult with the resort manager which seemed to be due to the language barrier. A second contact (Roberto) was very rude when we asked for help ordering some food on the first night. The outside pool tiling was in need of maintenance and was quite sharp in places. Also the pool had no shallow areas. The property was adequately cleaned during our stay but a number of cockroaches were seen, mainly in the bedrooms. We was quite surprised that there was no oven in the kitchen and also although not stated would have expected a dishwasher too.

What an Amazing View

The road up to the villa was not for the faint of heart, but once there, it was truly Shangri-La. Our defining memory is idly time away and enjoying the million dollar view from the infinity pool. The villa is beautifully appointed, spacious and thoughtfully designed. Services and excellent dining are close by, including a wonderful Thai diner at the bottom of the hill. Believe the photos on VRBO; if anything, they can’t fully display the beauty of the villa or how stunning the view is.

Die schöne etwa 30 bis 40 Jahre alte Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung und ist fĂŒr maximal vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ausgelegt.

Incredible Villa

Seaview Villa is in an incredible location high in the hills above Bang Po. It’s easy to get to the ring road where you can access everything.You definitely need a hire car with a bit of power as ours struggled with the steep gradient of the road. The Villa is a great lay out with multiple options to open sliding doors to create a great open plan area between the Villa and covered outdoor pool area. We went in the rainy season but the bursts of rain and thunder only added to the dramatic view and the design of the Villa was great for rain or sun. The pool was gorgeous, a few tiles are in need of TLC but it was a fantastic place to be with stunning views over the bay. One area that could be improved was the information in the Villa. We were not sure of who/how to contact the managers.we had the agents number but were not sure which company she was from. We did get a visit from Nathi after a week, think it was just bad timing agent we saw/owners away in first week. Although there’s some info about the villa there was no recommendation of local places to visit/good restaurants which would have been helpful alongside a map of the island perhaps?there were some leaflets and a lonely planet but this was out of date. The indoor pool table was great fun and a nice addition. Cleaners came regularly and did a great job. We used the laundry service which was also excellent. We would definitely recommend this villa and use it again if we are ever lucky enough to go back to koh Samui!

Best island views


Beautiful house, wonderful views, just as expected. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The communication with the property and agent was always fast and easy. The check in and out perfect. You need a car and must be brave to drive up the hills 😅 but it’s worth the effort. Silence and peace is the reward. A suggestion to improve: we missed the oven in the kitchen and a frying pan (instead of wok). Thanks for making our stay in the island so delightful.
