Villa with privat 50sqm pool. Dreamlike sea view.

A privat road leads to the villa (sometimes a bit steep), a building with all conveniences and furniture of high value. Situated in a small privat community, surrounded by tropic nature, the villa offers an atmosphere of beauty and elegance. Sitting on the 90sqm terrace you can enjoy the soft wind of the ceiling-fans, the calm surrounding and a beautiful view to the sisterisland of Koh Phangan. The view connects the blue of the 50sqm privat pool with the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Siam.
You will not often use the fully equipped american kitchen because of the many typical Thai Restaurants near by. In the sleepingrooms you can choose between fans or the coolness of the modern airconditions.
There is an additional small bedroom for 2 children (under 12 years) in a bunk bed.
For your entertainment there is a 50 inch TV for international TV and also the German Wave, a DVD player and a Stereo System.
W-Lan is of course included.
In only a 3 min. drive (by car or scooter) you reach the white sandy beach of Bang Por. To feel always comfortable, you can park your car in a big, covered Carport directly next to the villa.
The golfers can enjoy one of the most beautiful 18 hole golf courses of Thailand just some kilometers away.
Housecleaning: (included in the rent): full cleaning twice a week with linen & towels change.

Amazing view from the property. Nice contact with the Host. We have a good time there. Keep in mind the steep driveway to the villa. You probably need some transport to get there. I fully recommend!

The Seaview Villa has an amazing view of the coast from the patio. As others have commented, the access road is very steep, however, it’s in good condition and manageable. The interior facilities are minimalistic but adequate for us (two couples) The cleaners came and changed the bedding every 5 days. We enjoyed our 22 day holiday.Would definitely say own transport is essential!The house manager and owner (Roberto) were very professional and helpful.A more reliable internet and a dishwasher would have increased the overall rating.

Fantastic villa with great views

Perfect for a getaway and close to one of the perfect undeveloped beaches on the island. Villa was perfect with a pool and views that are exceptional. Hosts were a huge help in arranging trips, washing, car hire and transfers.

Dear Diane, unfortunately we have noticed that guests use a lot of electricity if they don't have to pay for it. We would like to do something for the environment and hope that charging for electricity (low price) will change consumer behavior.

Beautiful villa in a fine locatiion

We spent eight days here as a family of four and had a fantastic time. The villa is beautifully appointed, and the view is everything the photographs on the web suggest. Arrival and departure were smoothly and professionally handled and the owner also arranged airport pick-up and a car for us, all of which worked smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend, and we will be back again in the future

The villa was lovely. The pool amazing. We didn’t need the car, didn’t use it. The people there got everything delivered for a small fee. Groceries, food, messages. The TV did not work. We played billiards at night. No need to leave the villa- ever! Wonderful stay. Romantic!

What an Amazing View

The road up to the villa was not for the faint of heart, but once there, it was truly Shangri-La. Our defining memory is idly time away and enjoying the million dollar view from the infinity pool. The villa is beautifully appointed, spacious and thoughtfully designed. Services and excellent dining are close by, including a wonderful Thai diner at the bottom of the hill. Believe the photos on VRBO; if anything, they can’t fully display the beauty of the villa or how stunning the view is.

Villa with an outstanding view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at Sea view. A lovely modern spacious villa with all up to date amenities. The owner Roberto was very friendly and helpful. The villa is located high up on the hillside overlooking the sea and what a fabulous view we had overlooking the sea. A superb swimming pool and very helpful staff on hand at all times. Em who collected us from the airport also arranged tours for us and was easily contacted whenever we called. We could not have wished for better care.

Our First time at Seeviewvilla, and sure not the last ! This beautiful private villa is situate in an incredible location at Bang Por Peak; The viewS of Koh Phangan are spectaculars and all the villa's seeviews are absolutely stunning and the sunrise is amazing. Very close to the beach where you can find a lot of charming restaurants. Many thanks to Roberto the owner-host for his sympatical contact with us. We find him very efficient and professional. Highly recommendable ! We will come back there ;-)

Absolutely Brilliant

I genuinely could have not asked for more from a holiday rental. The owner Roberto was lovely and helpful. When we arrived late in the evening, there was a beautiful dinner waiting us, which was an unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The cleaning lady came every other day (sheet and towel change every fourth ) and was very attentive; there is no washing machine at the villa but laundry service is available for 100BT per kg. The location is fantastic and the view is simply priceless and you get to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunrises of your life. Overall: an exceptionally enjoyable stay at a brilliant villa with breathtaking views.

Best island views…

Beautiful house, wonderful views, just as expected. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The communication with the property and agent was always fast and easy. The check in and out perfect. You need a car and must be brave to drive up the hills 😅 but it’s worth the effort. Silence and peace is the reward. A suggestion to improve: we missed the oven in the kitchen and a frying pan (instead of wok). Thanks for making our stay in the island so delightful.

Beautifull and amazing !!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The view from the villa is really beautiful. The villa is fully equipped. The contact with the owner was very friendly and went well. Make sure that you hire a scooter or car by G and E. This is much easier than hire independently by local rental companies. In those cases, you often give your passport which is not advisable. When G and E (very friendly and nice people) arrange it you don't have to give your passport. G and E are good acquaintances of the owner.Those who want to enjoy luxury and relaxation; with this villa are you at the right place. THIS VILLA IS A MUST!

Lovely villa - beautiful views - gorgeous pool

We stayed for a week in July. The villa is really beautiful with a totally fabulous infinity pool and views to die for. The contact with the owners representative before our arrival to arrange transfer from the airport etc was excellent. She sent details where to shop, eat etc..... We would definitely stay here again. The only niggle (and the reason for 4 stars not 5) was the extra charges while we were there. Firstly the electricity - 250 kWh are included in the villa rental price. We used the ceiling fans and only used the air on in two bedrooms during the night. We used 138kwh (2,760 baht £60 ish). Would it not be better to put the rental price up a bit and include elec? Or provide a guide about electricity usage. Secondly, the charge for catering (we asked for breakfast every morning and supper on 2 evenings) was not clear. Overall, really great place. Thank you for our lovely holiday.

Incorrect location description

Disappointed with location description. Virtually impossible to walk to the beach because of the gradient of the access. Property description states a 14 min walk which is not correct. Without a car you really cannot access the property. We found communication a little difficult with the resort manager which seemed to be due to the language barrier. A second contact (Roberto) was very rude when we asked for help ordering some food on the first night. The outside pool tiling was in need of maintenance and was quite sharp in places. Also the pool had no shallow areas. The property was adequately cleaned during our stay but a number of cockroaches were seen, mainly in the bedrooms. We was quite surprised that there was no oven in the kitchen and also although not stated would have expected a dishwasher too.

It's a pity that you didn't find our description of the villa's location sufficient. We have tried very hard to explain everything in detail. We describe that the villa is on a hill and a steep road leads to it. We recommend a car and say that the beach is about 3-5 minutes away by vehicle and are not talking about walking. If you don't find an oven or a dishwasher in the description, it's because they don't exist. You would have had this answered immediately (if it is so important to you) with a quick question. We have a 50sqm pool that is the same depth everywhere. If we had a pool with different depths, we would have described it like this. Here, too, we would have liked to answer your question quickly if you had asked. We are sorry that in a tropical country like Thailand, despite regular cleaning, animals sometimes get lost in the rooms (especially when it rains), but it is not always avoidable. We hope you still enjoyed your vacation in the villa.

a beautiful house !!!

We are a group of 4 italian people (2 pairs) of about 35 years of age who has decided to spend the summer holidays in an earthly paradise. We chose this villa in the first place for the photos on the site and the location, and secondly because of the extreme seriousness and kindness of the owner who has meticulously followed throughout the holiday. Upon our arrival at the villa, we were dazzled by the magnificent view of the bay from the pool, in a word, really wonderful !!! We immediately took a tour of the villa, and our dream has materialized more. The villa has a perfect kitchen, a nice big living room, two bedrooms with the same wonderful view of the pool, and equipped with every comfort, and two bathrooms (one for each bedroom) brand new and made with very great taste. The cleaning of the villa was perfect, everything was really perfect (and it tells a person who pays close attention to this aspect) Overall rating 10 ++ !! Upon our arrival, we found two very kind girls, who have followed every step during our vacation, helping and fulfilling our every request and "capricious." In a word, perfect service and organization. The advice to all couples / group of friends and families with boys who want to spend a wonderful holiday in Koh Samui ... The real problem is expressed at the restart, never want to go back home ... !!!

Perfect Island Getaway

We could not have been more pleased with the sea villa. It was nicely appointed with local touches and was up-to-date and quite clean. The hillside views from the infinity pool toward the sea was spectacular. The two large bedrooms with in-suite baths rooms were both equally nice with terrific views. There is a third bedroom with bunk beds which is an added bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped. And to our surprise, Roberto has a few snacks and beverages waiting for us, as we arrived in the evening. Thereafter, we went to the local grocery for foodstuffs and enjoyed breakfast each morning in the sea villa and also had snacks and drinks for time by the pool. A few evenings, we brought in food from restaurants as take-away so we could enjoy sitting on the terrace and taking in our views. Both Christel and Roberto were helpful and helped to arrange our roundtrip airport transfers and also had our rental car waiting for us at the sea villa. You definitely will need to rent a car. The pool patio has four sundeck chairs, a large table with chairs, and bean bags for lounging. And they provide plenty of clean towels for bath and pool use both. Roberto stopped by at the beginning of our visit and again at the end of the week. We did not have any problem with the electricity allocation and were well under the usage allowance. The sea villa is quite lovely and we plan to go back.

Incredible Villa

Seaview Villa is in an incredible location high in the hills above Bang Po. It’s easy to get to the ring road where you can access everything.You definitely need a hire car with a bit of power as ours struggled with the steep gradient of the road. The Villa is a great lay out with multiple options to open sliding doors to create a great open plan area between the Villa and covered outdoor pool area. We went in the rainy season but the bursts of rain and thunder only added to the dramatic view and the design of the Villa was great for rain or sun. The pool was gorgeous, a few tiles are in need of TLC but it was a fantastic place to be with stunning views over the bay. One area that could be improved was the information in the Villa. We were not sure of who/how to contact the managers.we had the agents number but were not sure which company she was from. We did get a visit from Nathi after a week, think it was just bad timing agent we saw/owners away in first week. Although there’s some info about the villa there was no recommendation of local places to visit/good restaurants which would have been helpful alongside a map of the island perhaps?there were some leaflets and a lonely planet but this was out of date. The indoor pool table was great fun and a nice addition. Cleaners came regularly and did a great job. We used the laundry service which was also excellent. We would definitely recommend this villa and use it again if we are ever lucky enough to go back to koh Samui!

Better than a 5+ Star Resort - Stunning - Perfect!

We were in Koa Samui last year and stayed at the new 5-star Hilton Conrad Resort and this house rental was MUCH better. The first class construction and furnishings are very nice. ALL the sliding glass doors open up towards the amazing view to give a perfect open feeling between you, the house and the view. The design of the house is perfection. There is a clean-modern, minimalist feel which we really liked. The WI-FI, TV / electronics are great. The infinity pool is huge and a good temperature - and did I mention the perfect view?! Wow. There are 2 full bedrooms with private bathrooms + 3rd children's bedroom. Even though there were just 2 of us, it was very nice to have 2 separate closets and our own full bathrooms. Having a full kitchen (no oven) was also extremely nice to keep our drinks cold and put in some food for light meals. It was a nice touch to see that the owner arranged for a big fruit basket, watermelon slices, water, beer, soft drinks, a variety of juices and milk upon our arrival so we didn't have to immediately go to the store. The flowers were also nice. The daily maid service is also great for a rental house. The house is located on top of a hill / mountain and I think there are only about 15 houses nearby, so there is very little noise, so it is very peaceful and relaxing. The owners were very good to work with and the property is very well maintained in every way. I'm surprised the cost of this rental is as low as it is - it's well worth it - book it while you can! :)

Beautiful villa with absolutely amazing views – you really can’t fault the setting. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.A car or scooter is definitely needed, as there’s no practical way to walk to and from the villa, especially if you have joint or mobility issues. We did find the beds quite uncomfortable, which was a shame, but the stunning views went some way to making up for it.Overall, a lovely place to stay for the scenery and hospitality

We are glad that you enjoyed the views and the villa. Sorry, that you couldn't enjoy the beds. But as you know for sure - beds are a special thing. We tried to find the middle way.

Der Pool und das Haus einfach toll. Kontakt zum Gastgeber per WhatsApp einfach und schnell.Aber überragend ist die Aussicht. Die Farben des Wassers unglaublich. Man wünscht Maler zu sein. Immer die gleiche Sicht und doch jeden Tag neu.

Absolut saubere Villa mit herrlichem Pool mit Meerblick. Es hat alles gepasst - auch der Support vor Ort! Wir mussten ca. 12 für Strom aufzahlen, obwohl wir sparsam waren. Ist für uns aber in Ordnung. Die Straße zur Villa ist wirklich steil, das Auto sollte schon ein paar PS unter der Haube haben. Der Billiard-Tisch war ein zusätzliches Goodie, mit dem wir unsere Freude hatten. Es wurde regelmäßig geputzt und alle 4 Tage werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick und separatem Bad&WC sind super. Die Betten sind gut, Pölster etwas hart. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für jene, die einen guten fahrbaren Untersatz haben und keine direkte Strandlage brauchen. Der Strand Maenam ist übrigens nur 5 Autominuten weg und echt toll!
