Wonderful, light, spacious Appartment and so close to the beach!
Me and my daughter had a fabulous stay here. The apartment has everything you need and the location is unbeatable so close to Leadbetter Beach and the Harbour. Safe, Secure, Spacious. Lovely beachy decor. Beds are huge and excellent mattresses, showers have fabulous pressure, kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm. We thoroughly recommend staying here. The team at Vacasa were super helpful and supportive.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
This property was a solid 9. The location was GREAT (beach and shops all within walking distance) It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were very good. Bathrooms badly needed upgrading (sink leaked, shower faucets old) The stove, oven and refrigerator worked fine and were clean. Parking was difficult to locate but once you knew where it was it was great. The pool and hot tub as lovely. Here is why the property is not at 10. 1) Nowhere does it tell you that there are numerous steps to get to the apt. For people who are elderly or have a lot of luggage, this is a extremely difficult. There are also over 70 very steep steps to the beach. Anyone with any mobility problems could not manage these steps. The alternate route to the beach is much further. 2)When I went to open the sliding doors, the screens were all torn and had big gapping holes. I had to get screen mesh and tape them myself so we could open the screens. This is unacceptable for a unit that is almost 8k a month. The host only communicate via the management company and the property manager Erika was FANTASTIC!! She came immediately when I contacted her because the sliding glass doors were stuck and the toilet seat was dangerously loose. 3) The dishwasher was terrible. The filter was in bad need of changing so the dishes never really got cleaned, infact some still had residue left after cleaning on "Heavy". I think overall, the place was good but in need of some TLC.
