The house is in a quiet location on a wide freshwater canal. The garden is wonderfully tropical. You will be offered a stylish ambience and exclusive furnishings on 1750 ft² of living space. Look forward to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen including a breakfast bar. WIFI internet access, smart TV and hi-fi entertainment system are other advantages that our villa has to offer. Thanks to the south exposure, you can enjoy the sun all day long by the large pool. The pool can be heated by electric heating and solar power. You can relax in the fenced garden in the pleasant climate.
An outdoor kitchen including grill invites you to great barbecue evenings. On the canal dock you can either fish or watch romantic sunsets with a glass of wine. The nearest supermarkets (Publix and Target) can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance.

Luxurious getaway

One of the best homes we stayed in. Everything you need and the owner and the property manager were Exceptionally helpful. The lanai was wonderful as was the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect stay!

We had an amazing time at this vacation home! Everything was just perfect – from the warm and friendly welcome to the immaculate cleanliness of the property. The house was beautifully furnished, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a peaceful and scenic area. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space including pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.I can't recommend this place enough – it exceeded all our expectations.

Home away from home

Beautiful property located within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. Friendly, flexible property management. Pleasure to meet. Spent many hours enjoying the pool and fishing on the canal dock. We enjoyed our time there and definitely recommend use of this property when it’s Ava.

Christmas 2022

Property was in a great location. Outdoor cook area and pool was very inviting. Was not aware someone would have to come by to check us in and out, not a big deal but would have been nice to know up front. Also would have been nice to know we would be charged for electricity. Again, not an issue, but should have been mentioned in the listing. Overall a great place and a great stay. Would definitely stay here again

A reasonable holiday villa

While the villa is south facing there are eight palm trees shading the outside area. Also a small Tiki bar is in the center of the pool social area restricting the usable space. There was a lot ot traffic noise at peak times. The pool is a great size and the house has enough equipement for a group holiday. TV only has basic service (no packages).

Not the best

We had a few issues with our stay. Not the cleanest and could do with an update inside, plumbing in the main bathroom needs attention. We also had a bill for our 2-week stay of $111 on Electricity and that was without pool heating on. (We did know we had a bill for the electricity used, however not sure we were expecting quite so much)!

Great pool and outside area

Overall, we had a nice stay at the house. The pool and outside area are wonderful!! If going during the winter months, definitely pay for additional electricity - it was worth the investment! Pool temp was perfect! Neighborhood is nice and we enjoyed taking the provided bikes out for a spin. Cleanliness was average and a deep cleaning of ceiling fans, trim, cabinets, etc. is needed. When checking in with property manager, be sure to receive a copy of the agreement. Because we didn't do this, we ended up paying an additional cleaning fee for the grill that was supposedly verbalized to us when checking in. I wish I could have given this property an overall 5-star rating and gave it a 4 based on my comments.

Good experience!

The Property Manager was very responsive and personable. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice to have and enjoy in the evenings. It was very clean and the Tiki Hut with lights is a nice touch!

We Didn't Want to Leave!

We enjoyed every minute of our three weeks at this lovely home! The pool and the canal were the highlights of our stay. The pool is amazing-we loved the waterfall. The canal was always a source of enjoyment whether it be fishing or looking for wildlife. It was a great vacation and we would love to stay again. The property manager was extremely courteous and was quick to assist when we had an issue. We had a great experience!

Huset var fint, og vi koste oss masse der. Barna storkoste seg i bassenget, og solforholdene er veldig bra. Renholdet kunne vært bedre, og kjedelig at gassen til grillen var tom da vi skulle grille.

Fantastic Place!

This was a wonderful home. Thank you so much for sharing with us. We caught lots of bass off the dock and enjoyed the pool. The property manager, Elke, was great. We only needed her once, and she came right over and fixed the issue. She’s great!

Great place

We love this property the outdoor space and pool are some of the best we have been in. The boat dock is just an extra plus my husband and our fur babies spend most day and evening watching the birds. Indoor space is great. The showers I fell in live with water pressureis great. The heated pool was in use daily. GERHARD made it easy to rent his property.

Perfect Set-Up For Family of 5

This property was everything advertised and more. Our week long trip was fabulous and it all started with booking this location. Property owner was very responsive to my messages through VRBO and property manager, Elke, was equally responsive to text messages throughout the week. Check-in and check-out are seamless. House was very clean and pool was fantastic——- used it every night and the pool lights and Tiki Hut lights were a perfect touch. Observed turtles, birds and a very entertaining otter off the deck every morning, too. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the waterfall feature but Elke walked me through it over the phone. Great location relative to various beaches and shopping plazas. Only surprise was a request to wash all towels before we checked out and we had to buy our own laundry detergent. Otherwise, this selection was perfect for us —- and absolutely the best price compared to dozens of other locations we researched. Danke, Gerhard, for opening up your home to us!

Pleasant Vacation

Nice location, clean place

We loved the house, near everything you need, Publix within walking distance and Starbucks inside a Target also within walking distance. Various restaurants also nearby. The house is very clean, and the pool is amazing. My only knock is that the King bed is really two twin mattresses. Other than that, which I consider a minor thing, we had a great experience. The manager was very nice and accomodating. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Vacation

The location is great. There was a big supermarket within a block but there was still good privacy in the backyard and in the pool area. The house has everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely return!
