We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The house was roomy, clean & well furnished plus family friendly. We especially loved the outdoor space with pool & covered dining/tv area. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this clean and comfortable home. Loved that the pool had a shelf…was perfect for my 2 year old grandson to play and splash. Tami was easy to work with. Check in and out was super easy. Perfect home for a laid back week to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Conveniently located, but also in a quiet, walkable neighborhood!

This is an excellent property. I would highly recommend. The hosts were awesome. Communicated very well with us, were very accommodating. They keep a very clean and well equipped home. Location was amazing, very close to all of our needs. I look forward to visiting this property again.

House is clean, updated, and exactly as described. The outdoor area is the highlight. We had a great time in the pool, and Cape Coral has easy access to the area’s other attractions. Recommend without reservation.

Memorial day weekend staycation

Property was super clean and the layout comfortable for families with children. The boat lift accommodated our 22ft boat easily. We explored the areas of Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa via boat. The pool and lanai were great after a full day out on the water. We would love to stay here again!!

A great place to relax!

This was absolutely a fantastic place! Everything was well done from the check in all the way to leaving. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the enclosed pool was a huge bonus. Very clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property and these owners. We RELAXED and had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. They patio and pool were wonderful and the location is great. Easy access to Sanibel and Ft. Myers. I would definitely recommend this property.

Just what we needed

Amazing property and great communication. Loved our little slice of heaven that was beyond needed. Everything was exactly as listed and more. Would highly recommend anyone with a family to stay and just sit back and enjoy.

Married, with 3 kids. From a small town in MN, New Ulm. We have a big German community in New Ulm, and the second oldest brewery in the USA. I enjoy to travel. I found Florida to be one of my favorites and plan on renting this place for the next 20 years until we retire to the area.
