The loft is a standout feature for little adventurers and teens, offering twin beds, cozy beanbags, a board game nook, an arcade game, and a TV area—ideal for rainy-day fun or evening wind-downs. Downstairs, the fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep effortless, or you can explore nearby local favorites like Rosie’s Farmhouse Kitchen and High Point for a taste of the region.



Step outside to embrace the mountain magic: relax in the screened-in bed swing, catch golden sunsets from the porch swing, or gather around the firepit under twinkling string lights, all while the bluff stretches into the horizon for endless views.

This Retreat is a gated tiny home community in Southeast Tennessee.



The following attractions and sites are all within a radius of 15 minutes or less: University of the South in Sewanee, The Caverns, South Cumberland State Park, Fiery Gizzard, Foster Falls, Mountain Goat Trail, Buggy Top Cave, and Bigfoot Adventure Zip Lining.



A bit further into the county, around 20-30 minutes away, you can experience even more adventure on popular hikes such as Greeter's Falls, Stone Door, and Savage Gulf State Park.



An obvious gateway to outdoor adventure between Chattanooga and Nashville, the Tracy City and Monteagle area is only a 1-2 hour drive from both cities, in addition to Huntsville. Atlanta is approximately only 2-1/2 hours away.



This region of South Cumberland is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century and is still being celebrated today.



Our communities are equipped with private walking trails, firepits, pavilions, playgrounds, a lake with fishing docks, bluff views, and one of the tallest waterfalls in Tennessee, all tucked into a camp-like setting, but with amenities that deliver the comforts of home. Our properties offer fully-stocked kitchens, washers and dryers, heating and air conditioning, and more. Our vision is simple... a tiny home equals big living!



*Please note that the properties we manage are in three separate communities, all within a 5-10 minute drive from each other. The lake, bluff views, and waterfall are all unique to each individual community, as suggested in the community's name. Each community does not contain all three. However, as a guest of one community, you have instant access to all three! A special gate code, operational across all communities, is provided in every arrival instructions email.

Make the most of your stay with our self-serve, day-only watercraft rentals:

-Single-person Kayaks – $40 each (5 available)

-Canoes – $55 each (2 available)



Rentals are available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and each boat comes with paddles and life vests (one per person required by law). Reservations are required, and all rentals are non-refundable. Guests must return boats, paddles, and life vests to the station by 8:00 PM and sign a waiver before use.
