While we strive to provide a comfortable environment within the condo and building, it's important to note that we cannot control the surroundings outside. As downtown areas may occasionally have transient and vulnerable individuals, we encourage you to practice street smarts and keep valuables out of sight. Edmonton is a safe city, but as with any large city, it's always wise to travel smart and utilize services like taxis or Uber, especially when staying out late or traveling alone.

The standard rental comes with one underground stall in parkade and one Visitor Pass for outdoor parking. There is an additional stall available in parkade that can be added for $10 per day (Subject to availability).
