Stop your search and book this property now - this is the nicest place we have ever stayed at! Everything was thought out, clean, well maintained, we didn’t not want to leave! Communication was 110%! We will definitely be back

We had an incredible experience staying at Bruner Ridge Reserve! The amenities, home decor, beautiful land and surroundings were beyond our exceptions. My family has stayed in numerous VRBO properties all over the US and this is by far our favorite. We are already planning our next stay for the fall. The owners were wonderful to work with. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Truly one of the most incredible stays we have ever had! The property is absolutely stunning—somehow even more beautiful than the photos—and the house was the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was thoughtful, high quality, and so well planned that we could simply show up and enjoy.Our group ranged from ages 6–46, and everyone loved it. The pool, hot tub, golf holes, fire pit, basketball and pickleball courts, sauna, hammock, and gorgeous grounds were all incredible. The barn was a huge hit with the golf simulator, ping pong, pool table, lounge space, and multiple TVs for all of our favorite sports.The house itself was beautiful and unbelievably comfortable, from the furniture and beds to the amazing linens. We loved thoughtful touches like robes, umbrellas, and laundry detergent. The basement was next level with the karaoke stage, video games, theater area, gym, bunk room, and secret kids’ room.Mark was also exceptional—extremely responsive, kind, and quick to answer every question, always going above and beyond.We would return in a heartbeat. Five stars truly does not feel like enough! I could write SO much more but I am limited to 1500 characters, so I'll leave you with this. BOOK THE TRIP! You won't regret it!

“Somehow even more beautiful than the photos” — that means so much to us. You have to be there to understand; the photos just don’t do those hilltop views justice. And hearing it was the cleanest rental you’ve ever stayed in made our day. We’re so glad the whole crew, from 6 to 46, found something to love, from the secret kids’ room to the golf simulator. Hosting your group was an honor, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime.
