This cosy two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the ground floor with an east-facing balcony and offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Bay of Lübeck. It features a combined living and sleeping area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV (cable), an open kitchenette with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, and a dining area for 3 people. The separate bedroom with a double bed is perfect for relaxing. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It is fully tiled and features electric exterior blinds. <br>A garage is available. Please note that the garages (dimensions: width 2.30 m, height: 1.90 m, depth: 5.20 m) are accessible only via a narrow and steep driveway and are therefore not suitable for larger or lower-riding vehicles, such as vans or similar. <br>Wi-Fi is available free of charge. <br>Rates are for 2 people; each additional person pays 10 euros per day.<br>A shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the adjacent building B. <br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is most welcome! By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From November 1 through March 31, you may walk your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of Northern Germany.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> The family-friendly “Ostseeblick” holiday apartment complex is located directly across from the fine sandy beach at the entrance to Haffkrug. Only the Strandallee, with its newly created promenade, separates this beautiful holiday home from the Baltic Sea coast. The apartments are all very comfortable and tastefully and modernly furnished.<br><br> In these two buildings, you’ll find:<br><br> a) 2 rooms, balcony/terrace, some with sea views<br><br> b) 3 rooms, 2 balconies, some with sea views<br><br> Building 92b has a bicycle storage room (accessible only via a steep staircase). All apartments have a parking space or a garage from the 1990s, which is only suitable for small cars (Golf-sized) that are not lowered. You’ll find plenty of recreational activities in the immediate area (skating, mini-golf, surfing, trampoline, etc.).<br>We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.<br><br>We look forward to seeing you!
