This very bright, sun-drenched, south-facing 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor, right next to the spa park. From the south-facing balcony, equipped with an awning, you can enjoy an unobstructed, sweeping view of the unspoiled section of the Scharbeutz spa park. All rooms face the spa park.

All rooms are in a QUIET location and are furnished in a modern yet cozy style.
You can easily reach the apartment from the underground parking garage via the elevator.
The building’s entrance area is wheelchair-accessible.
The apartment, measuring just under 80 m², is generously equipped for 4 people.

Both bedrooms are separated from the living-dining area by a large hallway.
The double bedroom (180 x 200) features a second TV. The two single beds (90 x 190) in the second bedroom can be easily placed side by side if needed.
The cozy, well-furnished bedrooms offer plenty of space for your luggage and feature exterior blinds for blackout.

In the open and bright living/dining area, you’ll find a three-seater corner sofa for sitting, lounging, reading, or watching TV with a DVD/Blu-ray player, as well as a large, inviting dining area. Free Wi-Fi is available.
DVDs and books are provided for your entertainment.

The kitchen, which opens onto the dining area, is very well-equipped and offers everything you wouldn’t want to be without on vacation: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction stove, oven with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, as well as plenty of cutlery and dishes.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.
A hair dryer and a washer-dryer combo are provided.

The underground garage is accessible only without a roof rack. The apartment includes one underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and a private storage room for your empty suitcases.
