Welcome to Haus Parkblick, Apartment 3!

This cosy one-room apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring an east-facing balcony, is located on the mezzanine level and can accommodate 2 people.

The living/sleeping area features a comfortable sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and cable TV. Curtains completely darken the room, creating a peaceful atmosphere for sleeping. There is also a small kitchenette with a microwave, and the small dining area is perfect for a cosy breakfast in the morning. The bathroom features a shower and toilet.

A parking space is available behind the house. The complex has a bike shed. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. Wi-Fi is available! Pets are not allowed in the apartment! Non-smoking apartment!

This charming and well-maintained holiday home is very popular with both young and old. A family-friendly 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a south-facing terrace. Der Petrus hat es während meines Aufenthalts sehr gut mit dem Wetter gemeint, für mein Geschmack ein wenig zu gut. Aufgrund des sehr sonnigen, warmen bis heißen Wetters war der Strand in Scharbeutz einfach zu überfüllt, besonders am Wochenende. In diesem Fall war ich äußerst froh darüber, dass ich in dieser gemütlichen und nett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung einen ruhigen Rückzugsort vorgefunden habe. Bei meiner Ankunft ist mir sofort die neue Duschkabine aufgefallen, da macht das Duschen doch gleich doppelt so viel Spaß. Weiter so!!! :-)
