This two-room apartment on the first floor is located in Gorch-Fock-Park in Timmendorfer Strand. Gorch-Fock-Park is in a fairly quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the famous “bustle of the town”!
Up to 4 people can spend their vacation here, and a south/west-facing terrace—complete with outdoor furniture during the summer—is available for your use. Soaking up the sun on your own terrace—what better way to spend your vacation?

The apartment is approximately 45 m² and consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The living area features a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. You can really relax here, even during the off-season.
Adjacent to the living area is the open kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Of course, the apartment also includes a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a 4-burner stove.
A spacious dining table welcomes you to gather together. A Cafissimo machine is available on-site—feel free to bring your own coffee pods—which will make your homemade cake taste even better.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm); in the living room, the double sofa bed (160 cm wide) can be pulled out and used as needed.
In the bedroom, you can use a large closet to store your clothes.
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower (there is a slight step at the entrance to the shower), and a cosmetic mirror is also provided in the bathroom.

The building has a coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as a shared bicycle storage room.


A parking space is available free of charge at the building.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of service disruptions).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Park-like vacation complex near the beach: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 45 to 60 m², are stylishly furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the fresh sea air first thing in the morning and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the communal basement.

You’ll find a bike rack at the building, as well as your reserved parking space.

The beach is about 150 meters away. A bakery and the town center are right nearby. Here, many exclusive shops, cozy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to linger.

Hansa-Park Sierksdorf is definitely worth a visit. Whether it’s roller coasters or water rides, interactive attractions, or fantastic shows, there’s something for everyone here. You’ll find plenty of culinary delights at the various restaurants and food stands.
