The 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, measuring approximately 44 m² and located on the 1st floor, is equipped to accommodate 3 people.

The living room is tiled and furnished with attractive light-colored leather furniture (with a sleeper function) and a flat-screen TV.
The open kitchenette features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and glass-ceramic cooktop.
The living area is complemented by the dining table in the cozy, light-filled bay window.

From here, you can step out onto the large west-facing corner balcony. Here, you can relax and enjoy the evening sun with a good glass of wine.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another TV.
The shower room is accessible from the hallway.

From May 1 through 15.09.2026, a beach chair will be available for you at “Stephan’s” on the beach.

A parking space is reserved for you.
