Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note the garage and 1 cabinet in the laundry room are off limits to guests. Other than that, guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Parking Note: parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway only. No street or additional driveway parking available. Nearby stores and marinas may offer alternative parking for extra vehicles or boats.

To help keep the home comfortable during your stay, guests are encouraged to keep exterior doors and windows closed while the A/C is running and use the ceiling fans to help circulate cool air throughout the space. Like any residential home system in Florida’s climate, air conditioning performance can vary depending on outdoor temperatures and usage patterns, but every effort is made to keep everything running smoothly and comfortably for guests.



➤ While we’re unable to offer on-site luggage storage, guests arriving early or departing later in the day can use the Bagbnb platform to locate nearby bag storage options for a small fee.



➤ Guests expecting package deliveries during their stay may find it more convenient to use the Amazon Storage Lockers located at Ross Dress for Less on Cortez Rd for secure package pickup.
