Formerly an old farmhouse, the house has had air conditioning and radiators in all rooms since its stylish renovation. The size is ideal for two families or a group of friends with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining area, a terrace with a large barbecue area and a kitchen with direct access to the terrace.

The highlight of this charming finca is the beautiful pool for relaxing in complete privacy, as the nearest neighbours are over 300 metres away. The beautifully landscaped and very private garden with the pool sometimes make you forget that the most beautiful beaches are only about 20-25 minutes away.

The proximity to the pretty town of Sineu, the former capital of Mallorca, offers you the alternative of enjoying local specialities all year round with its many restaurants and cafés. Sineu is only a 5-minute drive away and is connected by well-developed roads in all directions of Mallorca. Perfect for exploring the many excursion destinations that Mallorca has to offer in addition to the beautiful beaches. There is also an hourly train service to Palma.
