House "Georgina" - Holiday apartment 2

"Haus Georgina" is located not far from Sassnitz’s Old Town and the city center, at the corner of Seestraße and Hafenstraße. In just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find yourself right at the Sassnitz harbor with its sightseeing boats, the pier, and numerous restaurants and bars. You can reach the shops and restaurants just as quickly. The Jasmund National Park, with its endless beech forests, is about 400 meters away. “Haus Georgina” was completely renovated in 2017 and 2018. There are a total of 4 residential units spread across staggered levels and floors.

A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 meters away.
Or find a public parking spot in the surrounding area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (with a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a total of 3 rooms with approximately 100 square meters of living space: one bedroom with a double bed; one bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people; a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen, and a storage room. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer space, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment includes a parking space at the building.
