Amazing location, but condo needs maintenance and a welcome pack. The condo is in an amazing location and the facilities of the condo complex are fantastic (lovely pool and access to the sea / snorkelling). Easy to get to Porto Rotondo for dinner and easy drive to local attractions and airport. Unfortunately the condo, especially main bedroom, had a musty / black mould smell, especially bad at the beginning of our stay and at night. The air con units kept us awake some nights with a buzzing sound every few minutes which carried on even when the unit was turned off. And there were a number of broken doors on wardrobes / cupboards.There was no welcome pack which meant having to figure out everything about the apartment including where to find the rubbish stores etc. We were also told by our neighbours about not playing ball games as we had no idea this wasn’t allowed in the garden. This could have been a five star stay if the owners / management company did some maintenance to address the above issues, and put together some information in a welcome pack.
