## Important Information

All guests must complete a pre-check-in form through an EnsoConnect link to our online guest guide, which will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

The verification process requires guests to provide their contact information, a valid government-issued ID, and authorization for an $800 security hold.

## Security Deposit

A refundable $800 security deposit is required to cover potential damages.

If no damages are reported, the hold will be released after check-out.

Please note that processing times may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card provider.

## Important House Rules

No smoking inside the property, including vaping. A $250 fine applies.

Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets.

* Maximum weight: 70 lbs
* $100 cleaning fee per pet
* Pets must do their business outside the chalet

Please respect the neighborhood after 10 PM.

Visitors must be approved in advance.

Please report any damage or breakage to the property manager as soon as possible.

The owner or property manager reserves the right to terminate the stay if house rules are not respected.
