The family-friendly Upstalsboom 3-room apartment in Building 1, kbds1-08, located on the waterfront promenade, measures 51 square meters and features a balcony or loggia with a view of the forest; it is suitable for 3 people—and your family dog is welcome, too.<br><br>The Location<br>The vacation rental is located on the first floor—on the south side of Building 1, Entrance B.<br><br>The Amenities<br>This non-smoking apartment with free Wi-Fi features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 2.00 m) or a single bed (90 cm x 2.00 m) with a pull-out section (90 cm x 1.90 m), a tiled living area with a balcony/loggia featuring two garden chairs and a bench.<br>The interior of the vacation rental is rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a hair dryer and a TV/stereo system with two flat-screen TVs and a DVD player. <br>A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. <br><br>Special Features<br>The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work). <br><br>Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.<br><br>In addition, a free parking space is available for your use.
