Emplacement très bon seul bémol le volet cassé dans la chambre des enfants donc à 6h du matin il fait jour …Sinon propreté impeccable spacieux un luxe d’avoir une place de parking !Je recommande fortement !!!

Passable

Nous avons eu des désagréments concernant le réservoir à eau chaude qui s’est réglés. Par contre, il y a de l’eau qui s’écoule dans les murs; bas de murs trempés, donc appartement humide… Si ce n’aurait pas été de ces désagréments, nous aurions apprécié. Belle vue sur la mer. Suggestions: des chaises pliantes pour aller à la mer et des chaises longues pour le patio seraient utiles.

Long stay in Spain

Just awesome area the apartment is very comfortable layed out very well. Very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous Renting a car also helps as the apartment is in the Center of it all

Very nice view and apartment, convenient to beach, so great to have covered parking. Kitchen was great for cooking and dining! A/C worked great!

Ideal familias

Ideal para familias. Tamaño amplio, habitaciones espaciosas con armarios grandes, todas con aire acondicionado. Cocina bien equipada, con lavavajillas y nesspreso, incluso horno. Terraza grande para cenas tranquilas con vistas al mar. Aparcamiento privado con ascensor. Piscina pequeña pero poco concurrida. Por ponerle alguna pega, eche de menos persiana en habitación de matrimonio, que limitara la claridad y mas intimidad. Acceso a playa en 8/10 min, el regreso complicado debido a la tremenda cuesta...pero si estas en forma, ideal para bajar todos los dias. REPETIREMOS.

Fantastische Aussicht

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist. Die Ausstattung ist funktional, ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen statt nur 2 Stühlen im Innenbereich wäre schön gewesen, um evtl. auch mal im klimatisierten Raum eine Mahlzeit einzunehmen. Das entschädigte aber der geräumige Balkon mit der fantastischen Aussicht auf Strand und Meer. Zum Strand gibt es einen etwa 500 m langen Abstieg, der steil aber gut zu bewältigen ist. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es gut 6 km, aber auch in der Umgebung gibt es Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war im wesentlichen sauber. Daher ein paar kleine Abstriche, da "hervorragend" über dem Standard liegen sollte.

We had a terrace facing the beach, a very homely feeling. We had a great time. Definitely a good idea to rent a car while there.

Todo perfecto, apartamento en buenas condiciones, con todos los accesorios que se puedan necesitar, sobre todo, en la cocina. Frigo espectacular, aire acondicionado de lujo. Buena piscina, vistas espectaculares. La playa y el mar, fantásticos. La único pega son los accesos, mucha rampa, pero así es Benalmadena.

Très bien situé par rapport à la plage.Superbe vue! Jolie piscine. Appartement bien aménagé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, micro-ondes cafetière Nespresso). Il est conseillé d'avoir un petit/moyen véhicule pour se garer plus facilement dans le garage. On peut regretter qu'il faille prendre la voiture pour aller faire des courses et le peu d'animations dans les environs. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche Mitte August in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man wie wir schnell am Strand sein will. Die Aussicht ist toll, und auch der Pool der Anlage war sehr gut. Am schönen Sandstrand gibt es vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ping und Pepi sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, trotzdem sind uns ein paar Dinge abgegangen wie z.B ein Messer zum Brotschneiden, etwas mehr Tassen und eine Cafetera für die Herdplatte (es gab nur eine Kapselmaschine). Die Internetverbindung reicht zum Mails checken, für streaming zu langsam. Kein Satellitenfernsehen. Und die insgesamt 5 verschiedenen Schlüssel, die man für die Anlage braucht, wären bei Kennzeichnung leichter zu finden. Aber alles nicht weiter schlimm, so dass die Vorteile überwiegen und ich die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

Super Wohnung mit Wahnsinnsblick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist gut gelegen- nah am Strand und mit super Ausblick aufs Meer. Jedes Zimmer hat Klima und die Ausstattung ist super. Die Garage ist sehr nah und es gibt auch zwei Pools. Alles in allem super! Wir ( 2 Erw. 2 Kinder) können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Würden auch gern wieder kommen.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz und den schnellen WiFi-Zugang.

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und hat einen großen Balkon, von der man eine fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer hat. Man hat alles, was man benötigt. Der Parkplatz ist nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Außerdem ist das Internet ist sehr schnell. Die Übergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme und pünktlich. Zum Einkauf braucht man ca. 5-10 min mit dem Auto. Besten Danke!

Appartement bien situe,tres bien equipe ,confortable,a proximite de tous les sites touristtiques

L'appartement est propre,et bien entretenue,tres bien equipeé avec lave-linge,lave-vaisselle,cafetiere,four,grille-pain,appareil nespresso,four micro-ondes,vaisselle complete,serviettes,serviettes de bain,scintres,TV,baignoire-jacuzzi,clim dans les 2 chambres ainsi que le dans le hall ,piscine ,parking personel a l'ombre,ascensseur,et les multiples armoires et rangements. La description du proprietaire est conforme a la realité et les conseils fournis pour y arriver sont assez exacts. Le prix est tres raisonable par rapport a la superficie,la situation et l'equipement de l'appartement. L'appartement est a 10 ou 15 ou 20 minutes de benalmadena,torremolinos ou malaga vers le nord,et en meme temps a 10 ou 20 ou 25 minutes de fuengirola,marbella ou puerto banus vers le sud. Je conseillerai volontiers cet appartement a mes amis . Les 2 seuls points relativement negatifs,sont que la piscine est de dimension moyenne,et la pente tres abrupte si on monte a pieds( vu que le logement se trouve sur le haut d'une falaise)
