Enjoy the terrace directly situated at the waterfront/water/stream, sit in front of the fireplace in the historical sitting room, linger in the winter garden or just relax in the sauna – Haus Anno 1750 is a place to feel at home at. With 140 sqm the house offers luxurious space for up to 6 people.

Beschreibung der Schlafzimmer:
Please note that Haus anno 1750 is a non-smoking holiday house and that it cannot be booked for more than 6 people. The listed building was constructed in the 18th century. Timber from that time gives the house its unique and warm character. Also we were very delicate about light rooms and underfloor heating. The windows in the sleeping and sitting rooms have mosquito nettings attached. All furniture has been carefully chosen. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with an open fitted kitchen and a fireplace; also the terrace and the winter garden. In the kitchen you will find a combined refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and induction cooker . For your entertainment you will find the latest generation flat-screen TV, a DVD and CD player with radio. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and towel radiators as well as one the bed rooms. The the other bedrooms can be found on the first floor, together with another bathroom with tub and shower, towel radiators and the sauna. We offer bed linen, two towels for each person, dish towels, washing-up liquid, toilet paper as well as a travel cot and a high chair. Please note that we purposefully do not offer an internet connection in the house. Firewood can be aquired for the amount of 3 Euros through the caretaker.
