Great home and view. Probably not suitable for families with kids. Older home, creaking floors make it noisy for the folks living below. Otherwise, super close to beach and great neighborhood!

We appreciate your feedback regarding the character of the home and the sound transmission between floors. As an older home, it does have some charming original features that guests may notice during their stay. Based on your feedback, we are adding additional area rugs to help reduce noise and will have a child safety gate to make the home more comfortable for families with younger children. thank you for choosing our property, and we hope to welcome you back to Manhattan Beach in the future.

This is a great place to stay in North Manhattan Beach. It's a really good location. I do wish that the windows in the bedroom facing the ocean had window treatments/coverings, but I'm sure that will be remedied. Also, the furniture and layout of the furniture did not exactly match the pictures; however, this didn't have any negative effect on our stay. The sole bathroom is a bit tight (especially the shower), but everything works. We didn't need to use the washer/dryer, but it's accessed from the outside (and appears to be shared with the occupants of the downstairs unit). The unit does not have air conditioning, but it was not necessary during our stay. Overall, it's got great parking (2 spaces, easy to maneuver), the mattresses were very good, and the furniture was nice and comfortable (especially in the sun room, which is great and has good views of the ocean). The hosts were responsive and very pleasant. We would definitely stay again!
