Our two bedoom beach house has all the amenities you`ll need for an exciting stay!

-Newly renovated features new countertops, cabinetry, bathroom, floors, and mini split HVAC

-Indoor Fireplace for Deco and Vibe

-Unique Manhattan Beach Ocean views and a view of Catalina Island

-Shared Laundry appliances located in the garage

-Most Everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen

-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in



Guests have access to the entire apartment, parking for 1 small car in the garage, and the laundry appliances inside the garage.

Manhattan Beach is as classy as it gets. We`re a block from the beach and near Highland Ave, where there are lots of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores:

-FISHBAR

-Cafe Wild

-Culture Brewery

-Little French Bakery

-Two Guns Cafe



Walk Score rates the neighborhood `Very Walkable and Very Bikeable`, and if you wanted you wouldn`t need to drive anywhere.

-Parking can be a challenge in the beach cities of LA, so Uber/Lyft is a great way to go; maybe best to not bring a car

-We have one small parking space available and there is a paid parking garage with 2 hour meter parking close by

-Manhattan Beach E-Bike Rental shop is 1 minute walk away



-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking

-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit.

Trash Cans: Located in the car port. Place recyclable items into the blue can.

Had a great time at this VRBO. Was clean and worked well for our family of five adults. Sharing the one bath worked out fine for us but two would have helped of course. Great location, very walkable to beach, restaurants, and electric bike rentals just down the street.

Great kitchen

Everything was great. We had garage access for parking. It was an easy walk to some restaurants, coffee shops and a couple blocks from the beach. It was great location and comfortable accommodations.

Perfect beach house

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this property. Can't beat the location and the home was perfect. Parking spot was a big bonus for us, AC worked great, pack n' play at the property, great bathroom with tub for our boys, onsite W&D and lots of beach towels / toys. Overall, couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!!

House is very big. Bathroom is big as well. There are almost no overhead lights so it is very dark. There is no AC in the bedrooms and the air conditioner unit outside is too like so you cannot open your window. Otherwise the place is spacious and location amazing and beds are very comfortable

Beautiful property!

Check-in could be smoother. Instructions were sent exactly at 4 PM to the garage, but we didn’t get instructions to the house until 4:30. I just think communication on when the instructions are coming would have been nice in advance! Once inside though, the property was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cute, and so close to the water. I also appreciated the coffee and condiments. It was great thank you!

Perfect location, great object

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very close to the beach and restaurants. We loved especially the kitchen and the overall cosy atmosphere. Only one little suggestion for improvement: Kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc. could be a bit more. All over all we loved this vacation rental!

Surfer beach

Property very bright with lots of natural light. Block and half from the beach. Walkable board walk. Wake up watching surfers and go to be watching surfers. Walkable to restaurants. Very dog friendly area. Signs say no dogs on beach but saw a few having fun with their owners. Loved the unit!

You can not be any closer to the beach! The location is fantastic! It is located in a quiet area, but close to restaurants and shopping. Great for small families.

Walk to the beach, walk to eateries, or cook with the accommodations, access to washer/dryer, plus garage for parking….excellent upper unit to glimpse the beach as you make your morning coffee, to resting after a day at the beach watching your fav on the large tv. Recommend!!

Beautiful home steps from the beach!

I rented this home for a month and it was exactly as pictured/ described. This rental came with all the comforts of home and I was super thankful that the owner allowed me to bring my small dog along. The check in/check out process was super easy. It would have been helpful to have a few home instructions/ info provided, however I was able to communicate with the owner whenever I had questions. The owner was super nice and I hope to visit again when I’m in town.

Fantastic Location

Loved staying in this home, the location was fantastic and so close to the beach. Perfect amount of space for me, my partner, and brother in law. Would definitely go back to this home. Had a small hiccup with accessing the home when I got in town, but it was resolved quickly and there were no issues after that.

This property has an amazing floor plan all updated with top of the line touches from restoration hardware. 2 blocks from the ocean. Has an enclosed garage that is unusual in this area. El Porto is know for the famous surf.

The best of the best and close 2 blocks from the ocean and close to the pier and restaurants. THE SUNSETS ARE AMAZING, WALK DOWN TO THE BEACH WITH YOUR GLASS OF WINE AND ENJOY THE SUNSETS WITH THE LOCALS. THE PEOPLE ARE LAID BACK AND VERY friendly. ENJOY THE MANHATTAN BEACH VILLAGE AND THE aquarium AT THE END OF THE PIER.
