Das Haus ist super zentral im Ort und trotzdem erfreulich ruhig. Die Räume waren sehr sauber, es hat genug Platz und in der Küche kann man gut kochen. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich mir noch ein paar Basics an Gewürzen, Essig und Öl mitbringen, aber sonst war alles zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben 2 Wohnungen (204+205) die gegenüber waren gebucht. Das passte wunderbar und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und es fehlte fast nichts. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein kleines 2-er Sofa wäre für den Abend das I-Tüpfelchen. Der Checkin und Checkout ist unkompliziert und die Kommunikation klappte auch super. Die Lage sehr zentral, direkt am Bahnhof und zum Strand fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Gut fanden wir, dass keine Extrakosten für die Endreinigung berechnet werden. Die Appartements waren frisch renoviert und in sehr gutem Zustand. Extra Steckdosen an den Betten für Ladegeräte, hätten den bereits guten Eindruck abgerundet.

Kleine Mängel

Die Wohnung ist zentral und ruhig. Das Mobiliar spärlich. 2 Stuhlsessel sind für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt nicht ausreichend. Die Kopfkissen der Betten sind unbequem und fördern Nackenbeschwerden. Eine Teekanne oder Glaskanne zum Aufgiessen von Tee wäre schön gewesen, gehört nach Aussage des Personals nicht zum Inventar. Brandmelder waren in der Wohnung nicht zu entdecken? Die Wohnung soll besenrein hinterlassen werden. Der Staubsauer im Flur war defekt. Besen im Schrank nicht vorhanden. Dies sind Kleinigkeiten, die uns gestört haben. Es ist jedoch trotzdem eine gute Wohnung.

Urlaub auf Borkum

Die Wognung liegt sehr zentral. Schnell ist man am Strand. Sauberkeit war okay. Schlüsselübergabe klappte perfekt. Bettenhärte ist Geschmackssache. Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Hätte mir ein kleines Sofa für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend gewünscht. Werde bestimmt für einen nächsten Kurzurlaub wieder anklopfen.

wetter war kalt. die küche war super. zu groß. 2 sessel. hätte man teilen können fürs fernsehen. das bad war super. das schlafzimmer katastrophe. die betten zu schmal. die matratzen ausgelutscht.an der wand 2k leine haken. sonst keine ab lagemöglichkeit. hätten 2 sessel gebraucht..

Schöne geräumige FeWo in Top Lage

Eine schöne, innen modernisierte Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist überragend, direkt am Bahnhof, wenige Gehminuten von Strand. Der Check-Inn gestaltete sich etwas schwierig (Sonntags), da das Zimme noch nicht fertig. Nach 2 Stunden warten konnten wir aber ein sehr sauberes, schönes Zimmer beziehen, das alle hatte, was man im Urlaub benötigt.

Neue Wohnung zentral gelegen

Wir waren die ersten Gäste in dieser Wohnung. Alles war dadurch neu. Es ist genügend Platz da, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad natürlich ganz neu. Die Betten sind uns persönlich zu weich gewesen. Das Verwalter -Ehepaar ist sehr nett. Die zentrale Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Es ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Einzig die Kleinbahn kann einen schon mal wecken, da unsere Fenster zum Bahnhof raus gingen. Einen Hinweis an den Vermieter: Kosmetikeimer im Bad und eine Möglichkeit direkt an der Wohnungstür die nassen Jacken und Schuhe unterzubringen wäre hilfreich. Nur im Schlafzimmer sind 2 Haken für Jacken. Ein kleines 2er Sofa in der Küche würde für Gemütlichkeit sorgen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir sind eine Woche geblieben und waren äußerst zufrieden. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und ist sehr sauber. Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und die meisten Bars 1-2 Minuten entfernt.

Leider nicht sauber und laut

Check-In und alles Hervorragend, wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt. Leider war das Zimmer nicht so wie es sein sollte. Die Duschtür war defekt, es hieß diese sollte repariert werden. Hat leider nicht so lang gehalten. Das Zimmer allgemein war sehr verschmutzt. Überall Staub, Krümmel auf dem Herd, Dreck am Nachttisch und Haare im Badezimmer. Das volle Programm. Auch wenn die Möbel und der TV relativ neu sind, wurde hier nur für Fotos Renoviert. Fußleisten, Fensterbänke und alles was man nicht auf den ersten Blick sieht wurde irgendwie übergangen. Die Lage ist nichts für Lärmempfindliche. Es ist zwar schön Zentral zu sein und alles schnell zu erreichen, allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse sehr unangenehm. Ab 07:30 morgens kommt im halben Stunden-Takt die Borkumer Kleinbahn vorbei und kündigt sich mit ihrem lautem Signalton an. Am Wochenende machen sich zwischen 3 und 6 Uhr morgens die Partygäste der nahegelegenen Disco lautstark auf den Straßen bemerkbar. Und Sonntags gibt's pünktlich um 8 noch das Gebimmel des Kirchsturms dazu :). Für eine Woche war es in Ordnung, allerdings finde ich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.

Schöne Unterkunft

Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben, Größe für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend , gute zentrale Lage. Leider muss ich die Sauberkeit bemängeln. Kühlschrank war nicht ausgewischt, WC sehr schmutzig. Die Endreinigung bezahlt jeder Gast, dann wünscht man sich auch eine saubere Wohnung.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und nah zum Strand, eine super Lage. Es gab alles, was man braucht, das Bad war relativ modern, die Betten gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit hätte definitiv besser sein können, insgesamt war es sehr staubig. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
