Die Lage ist gut, strandnah und fußläufig zu Stadtmitte. Die Einrichtung und Austattujg sind in die Jahre gekommen. Für 4 Personen ist es sehr klein, es fehlt entsprechend an Schrankfläche. Generell ist die alte Stadtgärtnerei zu empfehlen, jedoch nicht diese Wohnung.
