Die Wohnung liegt absolut abgeschieden in traumhaft ruhiger Lage im Grünen. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist steil und eventuell für große Hunde oder ältere Menschen ein Problem. Das Badezimmer ist nicht integriert. Interieur und Ausstattung sind nicht mehr modern, aber das spiegelt sich alles auch im Preis wieder. Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr gastfreundlich. Deswegen: alles wie beschrieben und völlig angemessen. Fazit: Tiptop und sehr zu empfehlen.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung um das angrenzende Rehazentrum zu besuchen

Schöner Ort für ein langes Wochenende

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende. Die FeWo war sehr komfortabel. Gutes Bett, gute Dusche, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhig und in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Der einzige Nachteil war die Hitze. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und im Sommer kann es dort sehr heiß werden. Ein Ventilator wäre eine schöne Ergänzung zu der ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Wohnung gewesen.

Tolle FeWo in schöner Lage,allem was nötig ist und mehr

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Hattingen, um uns das Starlight Express Theater in Bochum anzusehen. Die FeWo von Hr. Thiemann liegt etwas höher Abseits mit einer unglaublich tollen Aussicht. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft war eine Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos möglich. Lieben dank dafür! Die FeWo liegt im 1.OG, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige und darüber hinaus inkl. Kochutensilien und Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, etc. . Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten, schönen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen! Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Waren für ein Musical-Wochenende in Bochum. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gut eingerichtet. Nur bei der Anfahrt hatten wir leichte Orientierungsprobleme, da es im Dunkeln nicht so einfach ist, die Wohnung zu finden. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
