No street parking, additional guest vehicles, or parking in front of neighboring properties is permitted.

The home features two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and multiple outdoor porches designed to take advantage of the property's exceptional riverfront setting. As with all homes along the Hudson River, trains pass periodically throughout the day and night and may be heard from the property. Complimentary earplugs are provided next to each bed for guests who prefer them.

For full transparency, there is a municipal facility located along the road leading into the neighborhood. There are no odors at or around the property, and most guests are unaware of it during their stay.
