The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishes, cups and glasses as well as stemware make for memorable meals. A lobster pot is included as it is a must on the cape. The well water is tripple filtered at the kitchen sink for great tasting water and ice from the icemaker. A Bosch dishwasher makes cleanup easy.

Outdoors provides several areas to relax and enjoy. The covered farmers porch has a teak dining table and chairs as well as a rattan wrap around sofa with a deck box for all of the cushions.

Between the house and the marsh is a beautiful fire pit with a Solo Stove and plenty of wood. The Addirondack chairs are a joy to sit in and enjoy all night long. Please cover the firepit when not in use.

A 4 burner gas grill is ready for you to grill to your hearts content. For your beach day, we have a full set of beach chairs and umbrella for your use.

The marsh is in view but prevailing winds keep the green heads at bay. The property is treated once per month for Mosquitos and tics so they are few and far between.

A Quick Note for Your Stay: To help us keep the home pristine and sparkling clean for your arrival, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes when indoors. Please no parties, no pets, and no one under 18 years old.
