A bit of heaven on the Cape, Sandwich beach house!

Freshly renovated, comfortable, bright and clean 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home only a 5-6 min walk to a shared private neighborhood beach! Step outside of the house and hear the ocean at high tide. Walk to the private neighborhood beach, enjoy the sun and water, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower, fire up the grill and relax in the large yard with a spacious patio and fire pit. Come stay and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer!

Upon entering our home, you will immediately find all the comforts of home with a fresh new update.

On the main floor, you will find the eat-in kitchen, farmhouse style dining room, comfortable living room with a large screen T.V., full bathroom with tub and two bedrooms with full-size closets. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other bedroom offers twin beds. The living room sofa offers a pull-out queen bed as well.

Upstairs, you will find the private master suite, which offers a king bed, full bathroom with shower, small sitting area and large screen T.V. The office area is also included in the master suite for your privacy and includes a corner desk, office chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse.

There are 3 bedrooms with space for 6 comfortably in their own bedrooms. The living room sofa will pull out to a queen bed for 2 more.

Step outside, and you will hear the ocean waves as the tide comes and goes. Pack up your beach bag and leisurely stroll to the private association beach to enjoy the day in the sun, sand and Cape Cod ocean!

The neighborhood beach is private and spacious with no crowds. Only residents and their guests are allowed. Enjoy a Cape Cod beach almost to yourself! Discover sand-dollars and crabs on the sandbars at low-tide. We suggest beach shoes as the beach has a fair amount of rocks; although rocky, the beach offers plenty of sandy spots to spread out and enjoy for the day!

Once back home, enjoy a rinse in the heated outdoor shower, fire up the outdoor grill and relax in the large back yard with a spacious patio. Dine outside on the patio and enjoy evenings by the fire pit, and do not forget to enjoy your evening walk on the beach at sunset!

Our home offers central air conditioning and heat for your comfort and a full house automatic generator ensures electricity is never lost. A well equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided as well as beach towels. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the clean and freshly painted downstairs basement. 1 gigabit internet, USB outlets, 2 large screen T.V.’s, Xbox and plenty of board games and some books and, off season, when the leaves have fallen from the trees, glimpses of the ocean at high tide from the front windows are all available for your enjoyment when you are not at the beach! We sanitize our home after every stay and keep it extremely clean!

Great yard and patio

We stayed here with our two grand kids and had a great time. House and furnishings were perfect, The kids loved the big yard. WE ate on the patio most evenings.

Josh was very friendly and helpful, before and during our stay. Communication was excellent!House is clean, comfortable, outdoor shower so nice after our beach days. Beautiful, uncrowded beach a 5 min walk from house, and the water was perfect, We enjoyed backyard firepit every night. We d love to stay here next summer, too!

Everything was very clean, the house smelled great! Plenty of towels and chairs for guests. The walk to the beach was short and in a very safe/cute neighborhood. Communication with host was fast and they were very knowledgeable on the area and surrounding areas.

Home is very nicely appointed and nestled in a well kept, beach community. In light of us visiting in the, After Labor Day Shoulder Season, it was very quiet. Josh was very responsive to the one very tiny issue we had, missing fireplace remote. The fire pit outside was a lovely alternative.

This was our third year in a row at this wonderful Cape Code home. The house was great - very close to the beach in a great part of East Sandwich. The host is always helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation. We will be back next year.

Great East Sandwich Beach Vacation

Terrific cottage in a cute neighborhood in East Sandwich. A short walk down a private road to the beach. Very clean and updated. Great for a family beach vacation.

Perfect weekend house

I rented this house for my daughter’s high school graduation and it was perfect. Walkable to the beach and the school, new recently renovated, amazing backyard and lots of space for a family gathering.

Perfect beach vacation home!!!

This house was clean, beautiful, comfortable, had EVERYTHING we needed (linens, towels, beach towels, paper goods, beach wagon and chairs, etc), and was perfectly located. The yard is huge and wonderful - fire pit, dining area, and outdoor shower. Easy to walk to the end of the street beach, close to the town of Sandwich (ice cream, Treehouse Brewery, etc). The host was incredibly responsive for any questions/needs. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Loved the place!!!

We had a very nice confortable and peaceful week in this property. the house it’s beautiful and modern with a big yard. The beach it’s rocky but it’s great for swimming and the sunrise and sunset are amazing there. Nice quiet and friendly community would love to be back.

Excellent!

Best summer property we have stayed on. Beautiful modern space and thoughtfully set up for people to have a nice vacations. Nice touches like wood left there for bonfire use and a wagon with beach chairs you can use to walk to the beach. Fairy lights on a backyard tree made our firepit nights feel magical. Thank you, Josh, for such a wonderful stay!

Great property, location, and host!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and was perfect for accommodating 2 families. The location was perfect, and access to the private neighborhood beach (less than 5 minute walk) was such a perk (really enjoyed building a bonfire on the beach watching the sunset) and was not overcrowded. Josh was also an attentive and gracious host. We encountered an unexpected water shut off but Josh called right away to help get the situation rectified. Would highly recommend Josh’s home and would definitely come back and stay here again!

LOVED THE BEACH

We enjoyed each day of our one week stay. We walked to the beach often, sunshine, star shine, high tide, low tide. We felt comfortable with the family atmosphere that prevailed and made many friends among the other visitors to the beach. The 3 bedroom home was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. We often used the outdoor grill and the fire pit, ending the day with S'mores. Would certainly book this property again.

House was clean and updated and in a nice quiet community just a short walk to the beach. The beach was somewhat rocky but never crowded. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week and had AC. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Cape Cod Family Vacation

My family and I had an excellent time staying at this Sandwhich beach house. The owners communicated regularly and we knew exactly what to expect. They were also very quick to respond when there was a minor issue on our first morning. Our daughter loved running around the backyard and the adults enjoyed having drinks around the fire pit. And everyone loved the beach.

Property exceeded expectations- do clean, with a serene, fenced in backyard. Everything meticulously set up. Went w family and grandparents- the grandparents had their own area upstairs over the garage which worked out perfectly. Rocky beach 10 min walk. Little drive to restaurants which was fine for us, mostly got take out because of the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Great family vacation!

We throughly enjoyed this house in Cape Cod! The house was extremely clean, just renovated and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed the outside shower! Quick walk to the quiet beach and the kids rode their bikes but you need water shoes or sandals to comfortably walk over the rocks at the shoreline. Low tide sandbar was awesome for the kids! Nightly fires with s’mores around a beautiful fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs made great memories! The host left a well organized welcome binder and was very accommodating throughout our stay! We had a great family vacation to end the summer!

A Gem!

We were so impressed with this property. It was just as pictured! Everything was CLEAN and the property is beautiful. The house was renovated perfectly. The location was great... A short walk to the beach and close to downtown area with restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and shopping. The backyard was great. We sat outside each morning for breakfast and ended with smores at night! Josh was a great host and so easy to work with. He responded to all questions quickly. He provided us with information about the area and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well! We were so pleased that we were able to stay during labor day weekend! We will definitely be back!!

Great property, location, and beach!

We (5 adults and 2 toddlers) had a wonderful stay at this house in East Sandwich. The house was immaculate. Everything was very clean and the entire place seemed new. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was great for the kids to run around and the outdoor fire pit was a big hit. Having a washer/dryer onsite great also. The location was wonderful! Easy, short walk to a very nice private beach. Josh provided a wagon and some beach chairs at the house which made the brief walk down the road even easier. It's a quick 5 minute drive down the road into Sandwich to get groceries, and there are multiple restaurants and even shorter distance away. Josh was excellent with communicating with our group when we were planning the trip and provided TONS of detailed information about surrounding amenities, activities, and attractions on the Cape. We would absolutely stay at this property again. OUTSTANDING HOUSE AND HOST!
